VehicularAutomaticTransmissioncanbedividedintothreetypes:

AutomaticTransmission(AT),AutomatedMechanicalTransmission(AMT)andContinuouslyVariableTransmission(CVT).AMThasbecomeakindoftransmissionthatisfullofpotentiality,duetoitshightransferefficiency,lowcostandeasinesstomanufacture.

TheresearchonAMTshiftingperformanceiskeytechnologyinthedeveloping.ShiftingperformancedirectlyinfluencethemarketcompetitionandindustrializationofAMT.

AMThasgoodmarketexpectation,butduringtheshiftingprocedure,thepowermustbecutoffwhichcausesthepoorshiftingperformancethanATandCVT.Onlythroughimprovingtheshiftingperformancecanthecommercialcompetencebeestablished.Sothevirtualimportantthingistofindthewaytoimproveshiftingperformance.

ThedevelopmentofAMTcanbedividedintothreephases:

semi-automatic,automaticandintelligent.ThetwomajorpartofAMTare:

thehardwareincludingthemasteredobject,executor,sensorsandTCU;andthesoftwareperformingthecontrolstrategy.

TheperformanceofATshiftinfluencesgreatlytheperformanceofthevehicle.SotheresearchonatshiftqualityisanimportantprobleminthedomainofATresearching.ShiftqualitycontrolofATisaccomplishedbyelectronicandhydraulicsystem.Toshiftsmoothly,accordingtherealtimethrottlevalveopeningandvehiclespeedsignal,thecontrollersendselectronicsignalstocontroloilpressurechangingcurveoftheapplyingelements.thispaperanalyzesandresearchdetailedshiftqualitycontrolsystem,theanalyzingmodelofshiftingprocessandpressurechangingcurveoftheapplyingelements

Firstlythispapersummarizestheexistingevaluatedquotaofshiftquality,andfullyanalyzesandintroducestheexistingcontrolmannerofATshiftquality.

ThispaperfullyanalyzesthemechanismofthepressureregulatingandflowcontrollingsystemoftheAG4AT,andpreparatorydiscussesthedesignoftheblock-diagramoftheshiftqualitycontrol.ThispapertestthecontrolsystemandhydraulicsystemoftheAG4ATbytheAThydraulic-electronictesting-bed.Theresultofthetestvalidatesthecorrectionoftheseanalyses.

Shiftingperformanceisdefinedastheextentofswiftnessandsoftnessduringtheprocedureofnon-powershiftingandtoextendthelifeofthepowertrain.Theindexiscomfortofpassenger,timedurationandshock,ninefactorsmaybeinfluencetheshiftingperformance,andtwoexperimentalmethodscanbeusedtoinvestigatethenatureofthisperformance:
