材料部的职责:

A.Beresponsibleforthereceipt,inspectionandacceptance,storageanddeliveryofthematerialandequipment.

负责设备、材料的领用、验收、保管和发放。

B.Collect,restoreandmakerecordthedocument（includetheintroduction,certificate,andthequalification,andshippinglistofthematerial）ontheequipmentandmaterial.

负责工程用设备、材料的资料（包括说明书、产品合格、证材质证明书、装箱单等）的收集、登记、保管。

C.Takechargeoftheprocurementandmanagementoftheconstructiontools,consumingmaterials,etc.

负责施工机具、措施用料、消耗材料的采购和管理。

D.Beresponsibleforapplyingtheinspectionofthetoolsandmachineries.

负责施工机具送检。

3.QA/QCDepartmentisresponsiblefororganizingandexecutingtheinspectionandtestduringconstruction,ConstructionDepartmentshouldattendtheinspectionandtest.

QA/QC部为施工过程中检验和试验的组织和实施部，施工部为参加部；

QA/QCDepartmentisresponsiblefor：

QA/QC部的职责：

A.Carryouttherelativeruleregulation,qualitymanagementsystemandrequirement,andorganizetheconstructionaccordingtotheconcretedetailandmethod.贯彻本项目有关的技术法规和标准，质量方面的管理制度和规定，结合本项目的实际编制具体实施细则或办法，并组织实施。

B.Carryoutthequalityplan,constructionplan,andthedisciplineatsite,checkthetechnicalissueverificationimplementation.Andsupervisethespecialprocesscontrols.

参加质量计划、施工技术方案、施工技术措施和工艺纪律的执行落实，检查施工中技术交底情况，监督特殊过程控制。

C．Beresponsibleforthedailymanagement,qualityinspection,andacceptancemark.

负责工程质量的日常管理工作，负责工程质量的检查验证和检验状态标识。

D．Takepartintheshieldconstructionandthejointlyrelationofthedifferentprocedure,andberesponsiblefortheinspectionresults.

参加隐蔽工程检查和各工序之间交接检验工作，对检查确认结果负责。

E．Timelycollect,treatandclassifytheimportantinformation,andnoticeAA/BB/DD.

及时收集和处理质量体系运行中出现的问题，收集各种质量信息并进行整理，分类和处理，重要信息应及时向AA/BB/DD汇报。

F．Participatetheconstructionqualityevaluation,andclearuptheevaluationdocument,andsubmissionandrestorethedocument.

参加工程质量评定，整理质量评定资料，并按规定上报和归档保存。

G．Participatetheconstructioninspectionoftheequipmentandmaterials.

参与工程设备、材料的检验。

H．Participatetheuncheckedoutproduct’sevaluationandcoordination.

参加不合格品的评审和处置。

I．Takepartintheinvestigationandanalysisoftheconstructionaccidentandsubmittherelativedealingadvices.

参加质量事故调查、分析，提出事故处理意见。

J．Organizequalificationtestofthespecialworkertoensuretheywerecapableoftheirpositions.Supervisethespecialistworkershavetherelativequalification.

对特殊工种适时组织资格考试，保持持证上岗。

对特殊工种持证上岗进行监督。

K．Beresponsiblefortheinspectionandevaluationoftheconstructionandtakepartintheacceptanceoftheconstruction.

负责工程质量检验和评定，参与工程交工验收。

3．TechnicalDepartmentberesponsiblefor:
