Differentmeasurementsweretakenofthepatientseachweek,includingbodymassindex（指标）foodandexercisediaries,etc.torecordtheirprogress.Inaddition,full-bodyphotographsweretakeneachweek,whichprovedtobeverymotivatingandakeyfactorinpatientscompletingthefullprogram.
