2.0SCOPEOFWORKFORCIVILCONSTRUCTIONPACKAGE土建包施工范围

2.1General综述

Exceptasotherwiseexpresslyprovidedherein,Contractorshallsupply,butnotlimitedto,allmaterials,adequateandcompetentlabour,supervision,tools,constructionequipment,consumablematerials,services,testingdevices,testing,warehousing,construction,inspection,flush,anti-rust,painting,insulation,commissioningandacceptancebylocalauthorities/client,andqualityassuranceofgeneralplotplan/civil/architecture&u/putilityfacilitiesinthefollowingunits,hereinaftercalledtheWorks.

除非特别说明，承包商应提供，但不限于总图/土建/建筑和地下设施的所有的材料、足够的劳力、管理、

工具、施工设施（含脚手架）、耗材、维修、检验装置、检验试验、仓库保管、施工、冲洗、除锈、涂漆、保温、调试和当地政府部门/业主验收以及质量保证。

ActingasConstructionContractorofthesaidproject,contractorshouldfulfillalltheobligationsthatmayberequiredbylocal,nationalrelatedcodes/regulations,especiallyforallthenecessarypermitsinprojectstage,finalinspectionandacceptanceapplication,necessarycoordinationwithlocalauthorities.Theapplicationfeeand/orotherrequiredinspectionfeeshouldbeincludedinsubcontractor'sproposal.The

serviceshallinclude,butnotlimitedto,localregistration,providingallnecessarycertificates,licensesrequiredandchoppedonallrelateddocument.Coordinatewithothersubcontractorsforturnoverdocumentationandconstruction/installationrecord.CompilethenecessaryinformationanddocumentsasanintegratedpackageforwholeprojectonthenameofGeneralContractorforprojectstageandfinalacceptance.

作为本工程的施工承包商，承包商应按照当地或国家相关标准/规范履行所有的责任，特别是施工阶段所有

必要的最终检验验收申请，与当地政府部门的协调等。

申请的费用和/或需要的其它检验费应含在承包商的

报价中。

服务应包括，但不限于：

在当地注册，提供所有必要的证书，执照并在相关文件上盖章。

协调其他分包商提交文件和施工/安装报告。

编辑必要的资料和文件完成整个工程完整的文件和最终验收。

2.1CIVIL/STRUCTURE结构

ProvideallmaterialsandconstructionworksofCivil/Structureofallunits.Theworksshallincludeallcivil/structureconstruction,suchasbutnotlimitedtoexcavationandbackfilling,compaction,cushionmakingup,protection,foundationsandembeddedmaterial,trenchandditch,ducts,columnsandbeams,slabs,grouting,stairsandladders,handrail,coversheetsuchasgratingorcheckplate,openingsandequipmentsupport,platforms,canopy,sumps,piperackandsupports,embeddedmaterialsuchasconduits/sleeves/plates/boltsetc.,anticorrosion/fireproofpaintingandcoating,sitecleaningandwastetransportation,etc.shownonthedrawings/documentsofCivil/StructureDiscipline.

为所有单元的土建工程提供材料并完成施工工作。

其中包括但不仅限于土方开挖及回填压实、垫层施工、保护、基础和预埋件、沟槽、埋管、柱、梁、板、二次浇灌、梯子栏杆、钢格板或花纹钢板等平台铺板、孔洞、设备支座、平台、雨棚、池、管廊及管线支撑、预埋套管、钢板或螺栓等预埋件、防腐及防火处理、现场清理和垃圾运输等所有土建专业图纸或文件中的内容

结构图纸和说明中未包含的工程量详见结构专业为此提供的工程量估算表（供参考，施工单位应根据图纸详细核算并提出工程量）。

2.2Architecture建筑

ProvideallmaterialsandconstructionworksofArchitectureofallunits.Theworksshallincludeallarchitecturalconstructionsuchas,butnotlimitedto:

masonryworkofexternalwallandinteriorwall,includingdampproofcourse,partitions;concreteroofs;corrugatedmetalpanelroofs;installationofdownspoutandwatercollectionspotontheroof;concretegroundfloors,antistaticaccessflooringsystem;purchaseandinstallationofproductiondoorsandwindowsofbuilding,floorandwall,steps,ramps,aprons,canopies,lintelofallbuilding;stairsandhandrails;drainsandsumps;coversandgrids;

andallworksdescribedbyArchitecturaldrawingsandspecifications.Ceilingsystemandotherdecorationindoorsarenotincluded.

承包商应负责建筑专业图纸和文件中所示的各个单体的建筑工程量，所有的建筑工程量包括但不仅限于以下内容：

内外墙体砌筑，包括防潮层，隔墙隔断；卷材防水保温混凝土屋面，金属压型钢板屋面，屋面雨水管及水斗安装；混凝土地面及防静电活动地板；建筑物成品门窗的采购及安装，内墙面及楼地面找平，外墙面装修；建筑物的台阶、坡道、散水、雨篷、过梁、墙体开洞；楼梯及其栏杆、地面排水沟和地坑；盖板和篦子板；及其他所有建筑图纸和文件上描述及相关联的工程范围。

吊顶工程及其他室内装修不包括在内，由装修公司另行报价。

2.3GeneralPlotPlan总图

Providematerialsandconstructionworksforroad&pavementworkspecifiedinroad&pavementlayout.Theworksshallincludebutnotlimitedtoearthwork,sub-grade,sub-baseandfinishwork,curbs,roadmarks,lightingpolefoundationetc.,andsitecleaningandwastetransportation,protectionandrepairforallfinishedworkandexistingroad,etc.Temporaryroadforconstructiontransportationshallbeincludedinthisscope.

为道路及铺砌布置图中指定的道路工程提供材料并完成施工工作。

其中包括但不仅限于土方工程、地基、基层、面层、路缘石、路面标识、灯杆基础等，现场清理和垃圾运输以及对已完成工作及已有道路的保护和修复等内容。

用于施工运输的临时道路也应包括在此工作范围。

Providematerialsandconstructionworksforfence&gateworkspecifiedinplantfencelayout&details.Thedismantlingofsitetemporaryfacilitieswhich,includestemporaryfence/gate,temporarylighting,temporarytrench,temporaryroad.arealsoincludingthispackage.

为围墙平面布置图及详图中指定的围墙及大门工程提供材料并完成施工工作。

对于现场已有的临时设施如临时围墙/门卫，临时照明，临时排水沟，临时道路在永久设施施工前的拆除工作也应包括在此包的工作范围
