5、erials, adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, construction equipment, consumable materials, services, testing devices, testing, warehousing, construction, inspection, flush, anti-rust, painting, insulation, commissioning and acceptance by local authorities/client, and quality assurance

6、of general plot plan/civil/architecture & u/p utility facilities in the following units, hereinafter called the Works.除非特别说明，承包商应提供，但不限于总图 /土建 /建筑和地下设施的所有的材料、足够的劳力、管理、工具、施工设施（含脚手架）、耗材、维修、检验装置、检验试验、仓库保管、施工、冲洗、除锈、涂 漆、保温、调试和当地政府部门 /业主验收以及质量保证。Acting as Construction Contractor of the said project, contr

7、actor should fulfill all the obligations that may be required by local, national related codes/regulations, especially for all the necessary permits in project stage, final inspection and acceptance application, necessary coordination with local authorities. The application fee and/or other required

8、 inspection fee should be included in subcontractor s proposal. Theservice shall include, but not limited to, local registration, providing all necessary certificates, licenses required and chopped on all related document. Coordinate with other subcontractors for turn over documentation and construc

9、tion/installation record. Compile the necessary information and documents as an integrated package for whole project on the name of General Contractor for project stage and final acceptance.作为本工程的施工承包商，承包商应按照当地或国家相关标准 /规范履行所有的责任，特别是施工阶段所有必要的最终检验验收申请，与当地政府部门的协调等。申请的费用和 /或需要的其它检验费应含在承包商的报价中。服务应包括，但不限于

11、n, cushion making up, protection, foundations and embedded material, trench and ditch, ducts, columns and beams, slabs, grouting, stairs and ladders, handrail, cover sheet such as grating or check plate, openings and equipment support, platforms, canopy, sumps, pipe rack and supports, embedded mater

24、ion of downspout and water collection spot on the roof; concrete ground floors, antistatic access flooring system; purchase and installation of production doors and windows of building, floor and wall, steps, ramps, aprons, canopies, lintel of all building; stairs and handrails; drains and sumps; co

25、vers and grids;and all works described by Architectural drawings and specifications. Ceiling system and other decoration indoors are not included.承包商应负责建筑专业图纸和文件中所示的各个单体的建筑工程量，所有的建筑工程量包括但不仅限于以 下内容：内外墙体砌筑，包括防潮层，隔墙隔断；卷材防水保温混凝土屋面，金属压型钢板屋面，屋面雨 水管及水斗安装；混凝土地面及防静电活动地板；建筑物成品门窗的采购及安装，内墙面及楼地面找平， 外墙面装修；建筑物的台阶、

The works shall include but not limited to earthwork, sub-grade, sub-base and finish work, curbs, road marks, lighting pole
