为确立双方劳动关系,明确双方权利和义务,甲乙双方依据《劳动法》、《劳动协议法》等法律、法规、规章要求,经双方平等协商,自愿同意签署本劳动协议,并共同遵守本协议所列条款:

一、协议期限

I.Contractterm

1、本协议为固定时限劳动协议,协议期限为年（自200年月日起至20

二、工作内容和工作地点

1、乙方同意按甲方工作需要,从事岗位（工种）工作,乙方应保质保量完成该岗位所负担各项工作内容。

乙方工作地点在海盐县境内,

2、甲方能够依据生产和工作需要及乙方身体情况、工作能力和表现升、降乙方职务,调整乙方工作岗位或地点,乙方愿意服从甲方安排。

二、工作时间和休假

1、经甲、乙双方协商确定按下列第条款实施工时制度。

四、劳动酬劳

IVLaborremuneration

1、乙方提供正常劳动,甲方确保支付乙方基础工资不低于元/月;

PartyBprovidesthenormalworkandPartyAensuresthatthebasicsalarypaidtoPartyBshallnotbelowerthanRMB________Yuan/month.

2、实施定额计件工资制,按多劳多得标准计算工资。

加班加点按要求支付乙方加班工资。

3、如实施点率（考评）或年薪工资制,按绩效考评结果计算工资。

4、乙方在试用期间工资为元/月。

5、甲方依据实际经营情况、内部规章制度、对乙方考评结果,以及乙方工作年限、奖惩统计、岗位改变等,调整乙方工资水平,但不得低于国家要求最低工资标准。

6、甲方以货币形式按月支付乙方工资。

五、劳动纪律

VLabordiscipline

1、乙方对甲方依法制订规章制度已经熟知,并严格遵照实施。

PartyBhasbeenawareoftherulesandregulationsofPartyBstipulatedaccordingtothelawandabidebyitstrictly.

2、乙方应遵守职业道德,不得损害甲方利益。

PartyBshallabidebytheprofessionalethicswhichshallnotinjuretheinterestsofPartyA.

六、社会保险和福利待遇

VISocialinsuranceandwelfare

1、甲方按国家和地方政策要求为乙方办理社会保险相关手续,并负担对应义务。

PartyAshalldealwiththerelevantformalitiesofsocialsecurityforPartyBaccordingtothecountryandlocalpoliciesandtakeuptherelevantliabilities.

2、乙方福利待遇按国家及甲方要求实施。

ThewelfareofPartyBshallbesubjecttotherulesofthecountryandPartyA.

七、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防治

VIILaborprotection,laborconditionandoccupationalharmpreventionandcure

1、甲方依据生产岗位需要,根据国家相关劳动安全、卫生要求为乙方配置必需安全防护方法,发放必需劳保用具。

PartyAshallequipPartyBwiththenecessarysafetyprotectionmeasuresandissuethenecessarylaborprotectionarticlesaccordingtotheneedsofthepostandtherulesofthelaborsafetyandhygien
