【审题要素】
写作时应注意下面几点：
1.确定文体：
这是一篇应用文，是学生熟悉的书信，写作中应注意书信的常规格式。
2.主体时态：
文章应以一般现在时为主。
3.主体人称：
由于是给别人提出建议，所以人称应该以第二人称为主。
4.内容要点：
①问题介绍；②建议一；③建议二；④建议三；⑤我的愿望。
5.注意恰当使用连接词，使各个要点之间逻辑连贯，行文通顺。
【思路引导】
本题要求写一封回信，谋篇布局时应注意以下几个步骤：
首先，回应来信中提出的问题，并分析原因。
其次，针对该问题，提出2-3条合理的建议并说明理由。
最后，写一两句结束语，如：
希望我的建议对你有帮助等等。

在写建议信时，应具体点明写信的目的、建议的内容、
提出建议的理由和根据，理由要合情合理，语气一定要礼貌。
建议信的正文通常采取“三段式结构”.首段（Topicsentence—yourpointofview）：
一般指明建议的前提和事情的原委，对自己的立场作一些解释。
中段（Body—youradvice）：
围绕问题，结构清晰、科学委婉地提出有针对性的建议。
注意充分考虑对方的实际情况，选择得体用语。
切忌用语生硬强制，泛泛而谈。
尾段（Conclusion—yourwishes）：
简单予以希望。
希望自己的建议能对对方有所帮助，同时阐明你所提供的建议仅供对方参考。
