【审题要素】

写作时应注意下面几点:

1.确定文体:

这是一篇应用文,是学生熟悉的书信,写作中应注意书信的常规格式。

2.主体时态:

文章应以一般现在时为主。

3.主体人称:

由于是给别人提出建议,所以人称应该以第二人称为主。

4.内容要点:

①问题介绍;②建议一;③建议二;④建议三;⑤我的愿望。

5.注意恰当使用连接词,使各个要点之间逻辑连贯,行文通顺。

【思路引导】

本题要求写一封回信,谋篇布局时应注意以下几个步骤:

首先,回应来信中提出的问题,并分析原因。

其次,针对该问题,提出2-3条合理的建议并说明理由。

最后,写一两句结束语,如:

希望我的建议对你有帮助等等。

Writingskills--Howtowritealetterforadvice?

在写建议信时,应具体点明写信的目的、建议的内容、

提出建议的理由和根据,理由要合情合理,语气一定要礼貌。

建议信的正文通常采取“三段式结构”.首段(Topicsentence—yourpointofview):

一般指明建议的前提和事情的原委,对自己的立场作一些解释。

中段(Body—youradvice):

围绕问题,结构清晰、科学委婉地提出有针对性的建议。

注意充分考虑对方的实际情况,选择得体用语。

切忌用语生硬强制,泛泛而谈。

尾段(Conclusion—yourwishes):

简单予以希望。

希望自己的建议能对对方有所帮助,同时阐明你所提供的建议仅供对方参考。
