旅游管理专业培养方案

2013级旅游管理专业培养方案MajorCourseStructureforTourismManagement2013培养目标EducationalObjectives培养学生具有全球视野、扎实的基础理论知识和研究方法的运用能力，理解中国情境与所学专业领域，能够胜任相关领域的学术研究或研究性实务岗位。

本专业采用“3X“即3年课堂学习X年个性化培养的特色教学模式，拟培养具有现代管理理论和旅游管理专业知识，具备创新意识、过硬的专业技能和综合素质，能在政府各级旅游行政管理部门、各类旅游企业、旅游地产公司等单位从事管理、科研的复合型高级管理人才。

TheTourismmajordevelopsstudentswithaglobalvision,asolidfoundationoftheoreticalknowledgeandanintegratedapproachtocomprehensiveapplication.ItenablesstudentstounderstandtheChinesesituationandthemajorfieldofthisdiscipline,andtodoacademicresearchortakepracticepositionsinrelatedfields.Thecurriculumstructureisbasedona“31”3-yearclassroomstudyand1-yearpersonalizeddevelopmentmodelofeducation.Itengagesstudentsindevelopingpracticalandcomprehensiveprofessionalskillswithcreativityandall-roundqualities.Itprovidesstudentswithknowledgeofcontemporarymanagementtheoriesandtourismmanagement.Aftergraduation,theywillbecompetentforpositionsoftourismmanagement,academicresearchandeducationinalllevelsofgovernmenttourismadministrativedepartments,tourismenterprises,andeducationalinstitutions.培养要求MainRequirements学生主要学习旅游管理、开发以及经营方面的基本理论和基本知识，接受旅游管理研究与实践方面的基本训练。

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力1.掌握旅游管理学科的基本理论和基本知识，掌握科学的学习与思维方法，具有运用旅游管理理论分析和解决问题的基本能力；2.掌握旅游管理专业相关培养模块的专业知识，具有较强的实际技能；3.熟悉我国关于旅游业发展的方针、政策和法规，了解国内外旅游业的发展动态和趋势；4.掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，掌握有关旅游管理问题的定性和定量分析方法，具有一定的科学研究能力；5.通过大学英语四级考试，具有较强的听、说、读、写能力；6.掌握创业的基本理论与方法，具有较强的创新意识与能力；7.具备一定的创业能力。
