YZR、YZ系列冶金及起重用三相异步电动机

1、产品概述
1.1YZR、YZ系列冶金及起重用绕线转子与鼠笼转子三相异步电动机适用于各种类型的起重机械及其它类似设备的电力驱动，具有较高的过载能力和机械强度，适用于短时或断续周期性工作制，频繁起动、制动及有显著的振动与冲击的设备。
1.2电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC72推荐标准，功率等级和安装尺寸的相互关系与日本JEM1202及西德DIN42681相似，大多数可以互换。
YZR系列为冶金及起重用绕线转子三相异步电动机产品,符合专业标准JB/T10105—1999规定,YZ系列为冶金及起重用鼠笼转子三相异步电动机产品,符合专业标准JB/T10104—1999。
2、使用条件
海拔不超过1000m能正常运行。
F级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到40℃之间，H级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到60℃之间。
相对湿度小于90%。

防护等级：
IP44或IP54 绝缘等级：
F级或H级
基准工作制：
S3-40%，各工作制下电动机技术数据见表

冷却方式：
自冷IC410（112~132）或风扇冷却IC411（160~450）。
安装方式：
B3（112~450）、B5（112~250）、V1（112~315）
注：
根据用户要求，可带超温保护开关、防潮加热带、电磁制动器及超速开关等，接受特殊协议订货。

1.General
1.1YZRandYZserieswoundrotorandsquirrel-cagerotorthree-phaseasynchronousmotorforliftingandmetallurgyissuitableforthepowerdriveoftheliftingmachineandothersimilarequipment,withhighoverloadcapabilityandmechanicalstrength,anditisalsosuitableforshort-timeorintermittentcharacterofservice,theequipmentwithfrequentstarting,brakingandobviousshockandimpact.
1.2ThepowergradeandtheinstallationdimensionsofthemotorareinaccordancewiththerecommendedstandardofIEC72;thecorrelationbetweenthepowergradeandtheinstallationdimensionsissimilarwithJapanJEM1202andGermanyDIN42681,mostofwhichcanbeexchanged.YZRserieswoundrotorthree-phaseasynchronousmotorformetallurgyandliftingisinaccordancewiththespecificationofprofessionalstandardJB/T10105-1999andYZseriessquirrel-cagerotorthree-phaseasynchronousmotorformetallurgyandliftingisinaccordancewiththeprofessionalstandard.

Themotorcanrunnormallywhentheelevationnotmorethan1000m.TheenvironmenttemperatureforclassFisfrom-20to40Celsiusdegree，forHclassfrom-20to60Celsiusdegree.Relativehumidityless90%.
