一、编制依据

（一）、《工程测量规范》（GB50026—93）

（二）、浙江宁波欧尚超市新星店二期施工图纸

（三八浙江宁波欧尚超市新星店二期施工组织设计

根据以上规范关于混凝土结构的工程设计施工验收对施工测量精度

的有关要求，本着“技术先进，确保质量”的原则，制定本施工测量方案，确保圆满完成本工程的施工测量任务。

二、工程概况

建设单位：

宁波颐莫尚置业有限公司

监理单位：

南京工大建设监理咨询有限公司

设计单位：

上海市新华建筑设计院有限公司

施工单位：

中国建筑技术集团有限公司华东分公司

欧尚宁波新星店是宁波颐莫尚置业有限公司在宁波市海曙区环2,其中城西路和新星路路口新建一大型广场，建设项目建筑面积m22；结构类型为现浇钢筋地上建筑面积，73799m地下建筑面积53149m砼结构。

本工程为弧形设计，楼内的装修设计也处处表现出弧形的造型设

计，吊顶造型、玻璃隔墙、卫生间墙面、部分门及门套等全部为弧形。

部分弧形装饰项目是根据现场尺寸，套模后由工厂加工制作现场安装的，如GRG造型，弧形玻璃、不锈钢等。

对于吊顶造型，弧形墙面

等则需要现场放线制作完成。

在施工过程中一定要严格要求各部分的放线尺寸，保证各交接面平滑顺直交接。

1.人员组织根据本工程测量放线的工作量和工作难度，本工程的测量人员安排如下：

（1）测量主管1名，按照技术方案组织工作安排、设备管理、现场安全管理、工作质量、工作进度以及测量技术资料的编制；

（2）测量放线工2名，负责测量放线操作。

2.设备配置电子经纬仪、激光水准仪、激光经纬仪、钢尺、盒尺。

3.放线前技术准备

（1）施工人员于施工前，由施工技术人员现场进行技术交底，依据设计图纸用墨线划出装修物的位置，经技术人员勘查无误后，方可进行施工，一切尺寸准确性以图纸设计为准。

（2）施工人员必须仔细熟悉图纸尺寸要求，若发现现场尺寸与图纸间存在偏差，应通知项目技术人员进行处理。

4.精装修工程精确放线

（1）根据吊顶平面图纸进行计算、测定、编制天花造型坐标定位，并标示在专用放线图纸和现场结构楼地面上。

（2）天花吊点布设时严格避让结构预应力筋。

在预应力筋左右150mm范围内严禁布设吊点。

（3）对于4#和7#中庭作为重点找出圆心，在现场做出

（4）对天花吊点进行精确放线，排列天花基础施工吊点，并施画网格线。

（5）依据楼层水平基准线，施画吊顶位置线并施画一道辅助线已备查验。

（6）灯具、风口、广播喇叭喷淋、开关面板等需均匀布置均匀、安排合理布置，均需要放线完成安排布置工作。

（7）墙面造型的分割交接的位置均需放线确认。

（8）在总平面中按功能要求分区域及平面轴线及结构几何尺寸定位。

（9）根据立面图的设计要求，采用水准仪标识，水平管定位法，标出各功能区域的实际标高定位。

（10）以立面图的分格及造型设计，在施工立面以实际发生的尺寸分配定位放线。

（11）门边线、石材等处都弹出边线和所有待加工的内径控制线。

四、质量控制

1•质量过程控制

（1）测量主管按照施工进度和测量方案要求，安排现场测量放线工作，

并作好施工测量日志；

（2）现场使用的测量仪器设备根据公司《测量仪器使用管理办法》的规定进行检校、维护和保养，发现问题后立即将仪器设备送检；

（3）本工程的测量放线工作必须符合《工程测量规范》的精度要求；
