Constructionofthetunnels/concretebridges/Streetsasphalt,tunnelslighting/concretebridges,sidewalksconstruction,streetslighting,trafficlightssignals,guidanceBoards,rainwaterdrainage,destructionworksandlevelingandpavewithinterlocks,……etc.
Thatincludethematerial,equipments,workerssubmissionandallthingsrequiredtoperform,completeandmaintenancetheworkssetforthinthecontract,aswellasthetemporary,additional,accessoriesandamendmentsthattheworkowneraskedthecontractortoperforminaccordancewithworksprovisionsanddocuments.

2/3-Ineventofcontradictbetweentherulesandinstrumentsofthecontract,theprecedinginstrumentwillbeprivilegeontheinstrumentfollowitintheordermentionedinthefirstparagraphofthisItem.
