一、研究生作业必须全部打印
二、统一采用A4复印纸。
三、作业封面（参见封面要求）
四、英文字体全部用TimesNewRoman。
五、英文题目（TimesNewRoman12,bold）
六、中文题目（楷体-GB2312，3号）
七、正文字号：
TimesNewRoman5号
八、页面设置：
上边距为2.3厘米，下边距为2.0厘米，左边距为3厘米，右边距为2厘米。
页眉为1.5厘米，页眉排于版心的上一行，居中。
页脚为1.75厘米。
九、页面行间距为1.5倍
十、正文内容每页设定为29行
十一、页码的排列顺序。
正文部分页码以阿拉伯数字开始排列。
摘要（英文、中文）、参考文献、后记（致谢）的页码以小写罗马数字开始排列。

英语专业研究生开题报告、学位论文参考文献规范
一、文献目录应另页书写，外文文献编排在前，中文文献排后。
二、文献目录一律按作者姓氏外文字母或汉语拼音顺序排列。
三、每条文献必须顶格写，回行时空两个汉字或四个英文字符。
四、引文文献中外文文献的书名、所载的期刊名、论文集名及博士论文名用斜体、首字母大写。
英文论文题目（不用斜体）中的第一个字母大写，其他字母一律小写。

五、每一参考文献后加注文献类别标号，具体如下：

（二）中文文献目录中的书名、期刊名和论文集名用书名号《》。

作者姓名，出版年代，论文题目，《期刊名》，期刊期号，论文页码范围。
例：

2、专著式：

5、学术会议论文式：
作者姓名（研讨会召开年月），论文题目，研讨会名称-宣读论文，研讨会召开地点。

英语专业研究生开题报告体例及结构要求
一、开题报告版面要求
（一）统一采用A4复印纸。
（二）英文字体全部用TimesNewRoman。
（三）页面设置：

三、开题报告正文
（一）开题报告正文至少包括以下内容：
选题目的/意义、文献综述、理论基础、实验研究、预期结果。
（二）正文章节标题或小标题独占一行，且一律用阿拉伯数字（从1开始）表示，形式为：
