1.Significance（目的）

4.Performancerequirements（测试要求）

4.1.Temperaturerisesshallnotexceedthefollowinglimits:

4.2.Batteriesshallnotleakanyelectrolytevisibletothenakedeye.

4.5.Thevoltagebetweenanytwopartsofthetoyshallnotexceed24voltsdcwhentestedper§5.4.1.

4.6.Onexperimentalsets,thecurrentshallnotexceed5amperesandthepowerinputshallnotexceed50watts,forperiodsoflongerthan10secondswhentestedper§5.4.1.

·当按照5.4.1节进行测试时，持续测量10秒钟以上，实验组件的工作电流不准超过5A，

且功率不准超过50W。

4.7.Transformertoysthathavearatedpowerinputgreaterthan25wattsshallnotexceedtheratedpowerinputbymorethan20%whentestedper§5.4.1.

·当按照5.4.1节进行测试，变压器玩具输入功率大于25W时，其额定输入功率的须稳定

在20%以内。

5.testmethods（测试方法）

5.1.TestEnvironment/SamplesPrepared--测试环境/测试样办

CAUTION:

Testsonbatteryoperatedproducts,includingshort-circuittestsandtestthatreverseprimarycells,canresultintheruptureand/orexplosionofbatteries.

·注意：

当进行电池短路及反装测试时会引致电池爆裂或爆炸，请注意安全。

5.2.Equipment（仪器设备）

5.2.1.Acornerconstructedof19mm（0.75”）plywood.Thecornershouldconsistofthreepiecesofplywood,twoforthewallsandoneforthefloor.Allanglesshouldbe90.Eachofthethreepiecesofplywoodshouldbe610x610mm（2x2ft）.Theentirecornershouldbepaintedflatblack.

·测试区域：

用19MM厚度板在如墙角等贴出一测试区。

夹板大小至少610MM×

610MM，两块贴在相垂直的两面墙上，另一块贴在地面，使三块夹板各自成90°角，将所有夹板漆成黑色。

5.2.2.Cottongauzewithadensityofapproximately40grams/meter².

5.2.3.

Electronictemperatureindicator/recordersystemcapableofmonitoringtemperaturesintherangeof60to300F（16to149C）.

5.3.GeneralTestRequirements（通用测试要求）

5.3.1.SamplePreparation（样办准备）

·如果测试样办没有经过预先测试，则按照下面的测试标准进行预先测试。

5.3.2.ConditionoftheUnitUnderTest（测试样办状态）

Ifanypartofatoyisrenderedpermanentlynon-functionalbyanytestcontainedinthisprocedure,anotherunitmustbesubstitutedforsubsequenttests.

·在测试过程中，如果某一项测试导致样办永久损坏（如无功能），需增补另一个

样办做随后的测试。

Sometestsmayrequirethetoytobeopenedtoaccessinternalcircuitry.Ifthetoycanbereassembled,reassemblethetoybeforeinitiatingthetest.Ifthetoycannotbereassembled（i.e.asolventbondwasbroken）,restoreitasclosetoitsoriginalconditionaspossible.Itissuggestedtousetape,rubberbands,orwhatevermeansappropriatetorestorethetoybeforestartingthetest.Also,ifitisnecessarytobreakthetoytoopenit,useanotherunitforsubsequenttests.

·有些测试需要打开产品检查其内部结构，如果可以重装就重装后再做随后的测

试；若不能重装，建议用胶纸或其他方法恢复样办至尽可能接近至原有的状态。

若不能，可用另一只样办做随后的测试。

5.3.3.MeasuringSurfaceTemperatures（量度表面温度）

AThetoymustbeinstrumentedwiththermocouplestomonitorthetemperaturewhilethetestisbeingperformed.Thetemperaturemustbesampledaminimumofonceevery30seconds.Usethermallyconductiveepoxytoadherethethermocouplestothetoy.Placethethermocouplesinthefollowinglocationswhereapplicable.

·需用热电偶来监控玩具温度的变化，用环氧树脂胶纸将热电偶贴在待测表面，

每30秒钟须读取一次温度值。

将热电偶贴在下述的位置。

a.Batteries.

·电池表面

b.Transformer.

·变压器表面

c.Accessiblepartsofthetoynearestmotors.

e.Rheostats

f.Anyotheraccessiblepartofthetoywheresubstantialtemperatureriseissuspected.

BThisoperatingprocedureconsistsofseveraltests（i.e.normaloperation,straightsteelwire,etc.）.Thetoyshallbeallowedtocooldowntoroomtemperatureaftercompletingonetestandbeforestartinganother.

·该指引包括几个测试（如正常操作，搭桥测试等），当一项测试结束时，应将

样办冷至常温后再做下一项测试。

5.3.4.ToyAssembly（产品装配）

AIfthetoyisintendedtobeassembledbyanadult,thetestiscarriedoutontheassembledtoy.Ifitisintendedtobeassembledbythechild,testtheassembledtoyoritscomponentsindividually,whicheverismostunfavorable.

·如果产品是由成人组装，则测试在完整装配的情况下进行；如果设计为小孩装

配，则完整装配品及散件须分别测试，视哪一种最为严重。

BDetachablepartsshouldberemovedorkeptinposition,whicheverismoreunfavorable.Batterycompartmentdoorsaredetachableparts.Whenmonitoringthetemperatureofbatteries,itwillbemostunfavorabletokeepthecompartmentdoorclosedafterattachingthethermocouples.

·可移取的部件，可以拆开测试也可以装好测试，这要看哪一种情况严重些，如

电池门是可移取的部件，但在测量温度时装上电池门会测得较高的温度；该测

试同样需要较多的专业判断。

5.3.5.PositioningtheToy（产品测试时的放置）

AHand-heldtoysarefreelysuspendedinair.Useofastring,orsimilarisacceptable.

·手持玩具需用绳线等吊挂在空中。

BToysotherthanhand-heldtoysareplacedintheplywoodcornerasneartothewallsaspossibleandcoveredwith4layersofcottongauze.Thefollowingexceptionsapply.

·除手持玩具以外的其他产品需摆在墙角测试，离墙愈近愈好，再在玩具上盖4

层薄棉纱布，但下面的例外：

a.Toystoolargetofitinthisplywoodcornermaybetestedinanyavailablecorner.

·产品太大，墙角摆不下，可在其他适合的角落进行测试。

b.Toysthatmove（i.e.roll,walk,etc.）maybetestedinanysuitablespaceiftheplywoodcorneristoosmall.Also,toysmaybetestedonanothersurfaceifthissurfaceisforeseeableinuseandismoreunfavorablethantheplywoodtestcorner.

·对移动玩具，如果墙角太小，可在其他适合的地方进行测试。

c.Thecottongauzedimensionsshouldbe500x500mm（20x20”）.Ifthisisinsufficienttocovertheentiretoy,coverthosepartswheretemperatureriseisexpectedtobethegreatest.

·薄棉纱布的尺寸是500x500mm，如果玩具太大而不能全部盖住，则盖住

5.3.6.ToyControls（玩具控制）

A.Allcontrolsandswitchesavailabletotheuserthataresetpriortoplaymustbeadjustedtotheirmostunfavorablepositionduringtest.Thesewouldincludevolumeandspeedcontrols.Forexample,onemodecandrawsmorecurrentthananother.

·所有调控器和开关必须设置在可能导致最坏结果的状态，包括音量及速度调节

器，如在某一状态可读到的电流值为最大。
