Well,Ithinktakingawidevarietyofcoursesisbetterforstudents.Because,firstofall,Ithinkundergraduatestudyismeantforbroadness.Studentshadbetterbroadentheirhorizonandpreventthemselvesfrombeingnarrow-minded.Secondofall,Ithinkbeforestudentsfindtheir“truelove”,Imean,thesubjecttheyreallywanttogodeepinto,theyshouldprobablyextendtheirstudyfieldandtastedifferentsubjectsinvariousareassoastoidentifythe“truelove”.Takemyselfasanexample,mymajorissoftwareengineeringinthecollege,butItookvariouscoursesoutsidemymajorfield.ThenIfoundoutthatIwasmoreinterestedinliteraturethanincomputerandsoftware.Soliteratureismy“truelove”.
