TheChinesemoldindustryexceptmustcontinuetosharpentheproductivity,fromnowonwillhaveemphaticallytotheprofessioninternalstructureadjustmentandthestate-of-artenhancement.Thestructureadjustmentaspect,mainlyisthe

enterprisestructuretothespecializedadjustment,theproductstructuretocenter

theupscalemolddevelopment,totheimportandexportstructureimprovement,centertheupscaleautomobilecovermoldforminganalysisandthestructureimprovement,themulti-purposecompoundmoldandthecompoundprocessingandthelasertechnology

inthemolddesignmanufactureapplication,thehigh-speedcutting,the

superfinishingandpolishedthetechnology,theinformationdirectiondevelops.

Therecentyears,themoldprofessionstructureadjustmentandthe

organizationalreformstepenlarges,mainlydisplayedin,large-scale,precise,complex,thelonglife,centertheupscalemoldandthemoldstandardletter

date,France,Italymany.Thecurrentexisteneequestionandthedisparitymainlydisplayinfollowingseveralaspects:

⑴Thetotalquantityfallsshortofdemand

Domesticmoldassemblingoneselfrateonly,about70%.Low-grademold,centerupscalemoldassemblingoneselfrateonlyhas50%about.

（2）Theenterpriseorganizationalstructure,theproductstructure,the

technicalstructureandtheimportandexportstructuredoesnotgather

Althoughthecountryalreadywasclearabouthaspromulgatedthemoldprofessionindustrialpolicy,butnecessarypolicyfew,carriedoutdynamicstobeweak.Atpresentenjoyedthemoldproductincrementdutyenterprisenation185,themajorityenterprisestillthetaxburdenisonlyoverweight.Themoldenterprisecarriesonthetechnologicaltransformationsintroductionequipmenttohavetopaythe

considerableamountthetaxmoney,affectsthetechnologyadvancement,moreoverprivatelyoperatedenterpriseloanextremelydifficult.

（2）Talentedpersonseriousinsufficient,thescientificresearchdevelopment

andthetechnicalattackinvestmenttoourine

Moldprofessionisthetechnology,thefund,theworkcrowdedindustry,alongwiththetimeprogressandthetechnicaldevelopment,graspsthetalentedpersonwhichandskilledutilizesthenewtechnologyexceptionallyshort,thehigh-qualitymoldfitterandtheenterprisemanagementtalentextremelyisalsoanxious.Because

themoldenterprisebenefitunsatisfactoryandtakesinsufficientlythescientific

researchdevelopmentandthetechnicalattack,thescientificresearchunitandthe

universities,collegesandinstituteseyestaresatiscreatingincome,causesthe

（4）Specialization,standardization,commercializeddegreelow,the

cooperationability
