Thetitleofmyspeechtodayis“Keepondancingonyourstage—Kunshan”.Severalyearsago,myparentstookmetoZhouzhuangandJinxiforatravel.Justatthefirstglanceofthescenery,Iwasdeeplyfascinatedbythedreamywatervillage.Ilikethehistoricoldbuildingsandoldbridges,Ilikethegurglingwaterflowalongthewindingriver,Ilikethedeliciouslocalspecialsnacks.Especially,IenjoyingthepeacefulfeelingwhenIsittinginthefloatingboat.Inoneword,Ireallyliketheuniquecityverymuch.
Aftermygraduationin2013,IfoundmyfirstjobinKunshancity,andworkedasaMechanicaldesigner.IcanneverforgetthedaywhenIenteredourcorporation,mybossmadeafacetofacetalkwithme.“Kunshancitylikealargestage”,hesaid,“itcanprovideabundantoppertunitiesforallofus.Ifyouwanttobeanexcellentdanceronthisstage,youneedtokeepondancingandnevergiveup”.IwasdeeplyinspiredbywhathesaidanddeterminedtocontributetherestofmylifeonthedevelopmentofourcompanyandKunshancity.
Howtimeflies.Twoyearspassed,IsawenormouschangesinKunshan.Newbuildings,newcommoditiesandnewfashionsappeareveryday.Newideas,newtechnologiesandnewpolicieschangethecityeverytime.Innovation,
industrializationandinformationaregettingmoreemphasis,andmorepeoplearerewardedfortheirhardworkandefforts.Today,KunshanhasbeenrankedonthetopofthetophundredcountiesinChina.SuchisthegloryofKunshanstage.
Asforme,franklyspeaking,atfirst,Ihadsomedifficultytodomyworkwell.Icann’tfinishmyworkintimeandalwaysmakemistakes.Underthehugeworkingpressure,evenmysleepingandeatingisdifficulttobepeaceful.However,Ididn’tgiveup.Throughmycontinuousefforts,andthankstomycolleagues,mygroupandmyfriendsinKunshan,Imadearemarkableprogress,andIgraduallybecametobeapositive,efficientandpleasantperson.Now,I’mnotonlyaprofessionalMechanicalEngineer,butalsoareliablesecretarytoGMOinourcompany.
Besides,Irealizethatonlythosewhobringhappinessforotherscanbetrulyhappy.SoIoftentakepartinactivitiestoenhancethecohesionofourstaffs.Lotsofpreciousexperiencemademeawareoftheresponsibilityonourshoulders,andmademefullofenergiesandconfidence.

Severalyearsago,myparentstookmetoZhouzhuangandJinxiforatravel.Justatthefirstglanceofthescenery,Iwasdeeplyfascinatedbythedreamywatervillage.Ilikethehistoricoldbuildingsandoldbridges,Ilikethegurglingwaterflowalongthewindingriver,Ilikethedeliciouslocalspecialsnacks.Especially,IlikethepeacefulfeelingwhenIsittinginthefloatingboat.Inoneword,Ireallyliketheuniquecityverymuch.
几年前，父母曾带着我到周庄和锦溪景区旅游。
在看见景区的第一刻，我便被眼前的梦里水乡深深的吸引。
因为我喜欢这里的古桥和古建筑；喜欢这里的蜿蜒小河中潺潺的流水，喜欢这里的特色美味小吃；尤其喜欢坐在泊船中感受这里的宁静。
总之，我对昆山这片独特的土地情有独钟。

我永远不会忘记刚进公司的那一天老板对我的谈话,他说“昆山就像一个绚丽的大舞台，它将给上面的每个人提供大量的机遇。
如果你想要成为台上的优秀舞者，你必须要不断的跳着、舞着，永远都不要放弃。
”我被老板的话语深深的鼓舞，并且下决心将自己的未来献给这家公司、献给自己钟爱的昆山。

转眼两年已经过去，期间昆山发生了巨大的变化。
新建的高楼大厦、全新的商品百货、新颖的时尚元素一天一个样。
新思想、新技术、新政策无时无刻不在改变着这座城。
人们越来越强调创造性、工业化与信息化；越来越多的人也因工作努力而受到奖赏。
如今，昆山已经跃居中国百强县榜首，这都是昆山这个大舞台的闪耀光芒。
