1.StepsForSafeOperation

●Pleaseobservealllasersafetyinstructionsaboutlaser(includebutnotonlyincludelasermodulemanual,scanheadandthismanual)

●AlwaysturnonthepowerofLMCARMandthepowersupplyforthescanheadfirstbeforeturningonthelaser.Otherwisethereisthedangerofuncontrolleddeflectionofthelaserbeam.

Werecommendtheuseofashuttertopreventuncontrolledemissionoflaserradiation.

2.Safetyshouldberesponsiblebyusers

●Thisproductisintendedforcontrollingalaserscansystem.Thereforeallrelevantlasersafetydirectivesmustbeknownandappliedbeforeinstallationandoperation.Thecustomerissolelyresponsibleforensuringthelasersafetyoftheentiresystem.

●Safetyregulationmaydifferfromcountrytocountry.Itistheresponsibilityofthecustomertocomplywithalllocalregulations.

●Carefullycheckyourapplicationprogrambeforerunningit.Programmingerrorscancauseabreakdownofthesystem.Inthiscaseneitherthelasernorthescanheadcanbecontrolled.

●Protecttheboardfromhumidity,dust,corrosivevaporsandmechanicalstress.

●Forstorageandoperation,avoidelectromagneticfieldsandstaticelectricity.Thesecandamagetheelectronicsontheproduct.Forstorage,alwaysusetheantistaticbag.

●Theallowedoperatingtemperaturerangeis25℃±10℃.

LMCARMmarkingcontrolcardisdevelopedspeciallyforlasermarkingmachine,itcouldrunseparatelyandcontrolthelasermarkingwithoutPC.ItcantransportdatawithPCbynetinterfaceRJ45.
