二、培养目标及特色
本专业培养德、智、体、美全面发展，具备数理基础和人文社科知识，掌握土木工程与工程造价相关基本理论和基础知识，获得造价工程师技能训练，具备较高的专业综合素质和较强的工程造价管理能力、经济分析能力以及合同管理能力，能够在国内外工程建设领域从事工程决策分析与经济评价、工程建设全过程造价管理与咨询、工程合同管理、工程造价鉴定、工程审计等方面工作的复合创新型专门人才。
本专业依托学校工程技术优势，以“技术、管理、经济、法律法规、信息化”五大平台课为核心课程体系，适应国内外造价工程师等相关职业的要求，注重实践、强调创新，培养学生全面造价管理能力，满足建筑业和首都经济建设发展的高级人才需求。

六、毕业学分要求
参照北京建筑大学本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则，修满本专业最低计划学分应达到160学分，其中理论课程125学分，实践教学环节35学分。
