一年演讲稿

尊敬的各位评委：

你们辛苦了！

今天我要竞聘的是一年级班主任工作。

俗话说“万事开头难”。

教育也是如此。

一年级班主任只要了解了儿童的心理特征，找寻一些符合儿童心理特征的有效的管理办法，对症下药，有的放矢，就能做到事半功倍，所有问题也就迎刃而解了。

具体说来我计划从以下几个方面入手：

一、更新教育观念，建立新型评价机制

随着素质教育的深入开展，教师的教学观也在不断变化，教育的根本是人才，人才的关键是素质，作为一名教师，不仅要教书，更要育人，作为一名班主任，更需要成为素质教育的实施者。

首先，我会克服以“分”取人、“一刀切”的评价倾向，树立人才标准多元化，全面发展与个性发展相统一的人才观，我坚信：

换一把尺子，就会出一批好的学生。

其次，我坚信每个学生都有闪光点，我会注重挖掘每个学生的闪光点，然后，我会加强与科任教师的联系，团结协作，在教学中渗透职业教育。

二、建立新型的师生关系

班主任要想管理好一个班，必须与学生建立一种新型的师生关系。

师生并不如同父子，也不是纯粹的“园丁”与“花朵”、班主任应该是学生的朋友，充分尊重学生。

记得著名教育家魏书生说过“教师尊重学生的人格，就等于尊重了教育。

”我会关心、爱护学生，缩短师生心灵上的距离。

当然，关心和尊重学生并不等于放弃严格要求学生，也不是对学生提出的错误意见不加以纠正，而是严格有度，要求有法。

三、建立健全班级管理制度，学生也是管理者

一个良好班集体的成长，并不是班主任一个人孤军奋战，我认为应建立健全《纪律管理》、《卫生评比》等制度，加强班风建设，充分发挥班委会的作用，让每个学生意识到自己是班级的主人，让学生参与管理，齐抓共管。

四、全面培养和发展学生的综合素质

在一个班级里，学生的发展不可能是绝对一致的，而实施素质教育的根本意义就在于促进学生全面、主动地发展，因此，我会着眼于提高所有学生的素质，而不是提高几个尖子生的素质，我会注重引导“优秀生”，鼓励“后进生”，开展“一帮一”的学习活动，为学生营造一个良好的学习环境，使同学们感觉到“书山有路趣为径，学海无涯乐作舟。

现代教育，一方面是全面教育，另一方面是个性教育，我会尊重学生的个性差异，因材施教，开展“特长比赛等形式多样的活动，千方百计地帮助他们提高综合素质。

五、做学校教育与家庭教育的桥梁

如果我们把一年的时间分为两半，我们可以清楚地看到，学生的一半时间在学校，另一半时间在家里，所以，了解学生的家庭教育显得尤为重要，我要深入了解学生的基本情况，掌握学生的思想动态，经常家访，以便有计划，有目的地对学生进行教育，让学生进得来、留得住、学得好。

六、努力提高业务水平和能力，渗透思想、安全、法制教育

现在的教师，不再是过去的“一桶水”，而应该是一泉源源不断的活水，“问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来”。
