.1管道施工方案PipingConstructionPlan
.1.1工程特点ProjectFeature
1)本装置工艺流程复杂,操作介质易燃、易爆、高温、高压,对焊接和密封件装配质量提出了严格的要求。

2)工艺配管中大量采用不锈钢、低温钢、合金钢材料,对焊工的技能和多面适应性及焊接过程中的质量控制要求很高。

3)管道的材质、种类多,管件、阀门数量大,需采用微机进行材料管理和工程施工进度统计以保证材料供应及时、到货信息准确以及材料使用准确无误。

.1.2总体施工方案GeneralConstructionPlan
工艺管道施工采用设在现场的管道预制场进行管道预制,使用微机进行管线材料、计划和完成情况及施工过程控制管理,加强管道安装专业与其他专业的协调,按照系统优先顺序安排整个管道的施工。

.1.3施工准备阶段Constructionpreparationstage
.1.3.1图纸会审Reviewconferencefordrawing
施工前由管道、焊接、热处理等有关专业技术人员会同设计、业主代表及监理进行图纸会审,会审时做好图纸会审记录,把图纸会审中提出的问题及时解决。
Beforeconstruction,therelevantprofessionaltechniciansofpiping,weldingandheathandling,togetherwithdesigners,clientrepresentativeandsupervisorsholdreviewconferencefordrawing,intheprocessofexamine,theexaminingrecordsshouldbewrittendown,andquestionsputforwardedinthedrawingexaminingshouldbesolvedontime.
.1.3.2施工方案编制Constructionplanmaking
施工前由技术人员编制管道施工方案,上报业主及监理审批。
Beforeconstruction,thetechniciansmakepipingconstructionplan,thensubmittoclientandsupervisorforexamineandapprove.
.1.3.3技术交底Talkovertechnicalorder
由技术人员对施工班组进行现场技术交底,交底内容有:
工艺流程、管线安装部位、工程量、施工方案、关键技术、特殊工艺要求、安全措施、质量标准、工序交接要求及其它注意事项等内容。
Thetechnicianstalkovertechnicalordertotheconstructiongroupinsite,thecontentsoftalkingovertechnicalorder:
processflow,pipeandlineerectionpart,projectquantity,constructionplan,majortechnology,specialprocessrequests,safetymeasures,qualitystandard,requestsofworkingproceduresandothersneededtobenoticed.
.1.3.4单线图绘制ISO-drawingmaking
对照施工图纸,进行管道单线图的绘制。
图上详细标识管道的材质规格、工艺参数、焊道位置和编号等。
Comparingwithconstructionpaper,thepipingISO-drawingshouldbemade,andthepapershouldindicatematerialspecificationofpiping,processparameter,weldinglocation,numberandsoon.
.1.3.5焊接工艺评定、焊工培训、焊工考试Weldingprocessassess,weldertrainingandwelderexamine
对于管道使用的所有材质,施焊前必须进行焊接工艺试验与评定。
试验与评定工作按规范执行。
工艺评定需要经现场监理及业主认可批准。
对于参加本标段管道焊接的焊工,施工前需进行有针对的培训、考试,合格后才允许施焊。

.1.3.6施工人员资格审查Competenceexaminingandcheckingofconstructionstaff
管理人员必须有相应岗位的资质证书,作业人员必须有管工、焊工、气焊工、起重工等相应专业的资质证书。
Managementstaffmusthavequalifiedcertificatesfortheirposts,andworkersmusthaverelevantqualifiedcertificatesforpiping,welding,gas-weldingandcranework.
.1.3.7压力管道安装报审Submitforexaminingofpressurepipingerection
管道安装前,由项目经理部向当地压力管道安全监察部门和压力管道检验单位递交压力管道安装申请报告及监检申请,批准后,向公司质量部门报批,包括:
经批准的监检申请报告(复印件),各专业质控工程师的资格情况,施工现场、施工设备及施工文件准备情况。
经批准后方可进行施工。
Beforepipingerection,projectmanagerdepartmentsubmittheapplicationreportandinspectiontothelocalpressurepipingsafetyandsupervisingdepartmentandpressurepipingexaminingunit,whenapproval,thedepartmentcansubmittothecompany’squalitydepartmentforapproval,including:
approvedapplicationreportforsupervisingandexamining(manifold),qualifiedsituationofqualitycontrolengineersineveryprofessional,constructionsite,constructionequipmentandpreparationofconstructiondocument.Afterapproval,constructioncanbegin.
.1.3.8材料检验Materialtesting
核实质量证明书、材质、规格、型号外观尺寸、件数、批号等,合金材料还要求经光谱分析、无损检测等项目合格,落实运抵预制场及储备的数量是否能满足管道预制要求。
Verifyingqualitycertificate,material,specification,model,outsize,piece,blocknumberandsoon,alloymaterialneedtobethroughspectralanalysisandhaveNDTtest,andfindingoutwhetherprefabricationfieldandnumberofstoragecanmeettherequestsofpipingprefabrication.
.1.3.9工装机具的准备Preparationforfrockequipment
配置采用先进机具,满足施工需要。
Adoptingadvancedequipmentforcollocation,satisfyingconstructionrequest.
.1.3.10编制管段表和排料表Makingspooldrawingandmaterialarrangementdrawing
由于本装置工艺管道采用低温钢、不锈钢、合金较多,为了节约原材料以及防止材质混用,
采取以下措施:
Muchoflowtemperaturesteelandalloysteelmaterialhavebeenusedduringtheprocesspiping,inordertosaverawmaterialandavoidputtingoffmaterial,thefollowingmeasureshavebeenadopted:
⑴编制管段表:
将所有管道的管段号进行汇总,将同材质、同规格、同壁厚等级的管段以及管段长度汇编在一起,便于使用微机排料。
Makingspooldrawing:
gatheringthespoolnumberofallthepipes,collectingsamematerial,samespecification,samewalldepthofgradeandspoollengthsoastoarrangematerialonthecomputers.
⑵使用微机排料,编制出排料表:
列出管材编号、规格材质、壁厚等级、长度以及在该编号管材上取料的管段号、管段长度。
Usingcomputertoarrangematerial,makematerialarrangementdrawing:
listingthenumberofpipematerial,specification,walldepthgrade,lengthandspoolnumberandlengthofthenumberedpipematerial.
⑶依据排料表和管道单线图进行划线下料。
AccordingtomaterialarrangementdrawingandpipingISO,underliningandprovidingmaterial.
.1.4预制阶段Prefabricationstage
管道预制利用设在现场的管道预制场,采取集中预制的形式,预制范围为所有管道和支架;预制深度按焊口数计达到60%左右。
Pipingprefabricationusageissetupinsitepipingprefabricationfield,adoptingintegratedprefabricationtype,andprefabricationscopeincludingallthepipingandbrackets,prefabricationdepthisbasedonthenumberofweldbonduptomorethan60%.
.1.4.1现场管道预制场布置Pipingprefabricationfieldlayoutinsite
在现场的管道预制场划分出两个预制生产区和一个半成品、成品摆放区:
Thepipingprefabricationfieldinsiteisdividedintothreeparts,twoforprefabricationmanufacture,theotherforsemifinishedandfinishedproduct.
⑴两个预制生产区分别为碳钢管段、支架预制区以及不锈钢、低温钢管段、支架预制区。
Twoprefabricationmanufacturesection:
oneforcarbonsteeltubeandbracketprefabrication,theotherforstainlesssteel,lowtemperaturesteeltubeandbracketprefabrication.
⑵半成品、成品摆放区:
规划出摆放区域,使碳钢管段和不锈钢、低温钢管段、合金管段相互隔离。
Semifinishedandfinishedproductsection:
layingoutareatoseparatecarbonsteeltube,stainlesssteel,lowtemperaturesteeltubeandalloytubesection.
⑶所有管段预制件均放置在枕木上,不允许管段直接放在地面上,管端要进行封堵保护。

.1.4.2预制生产施工程序Constructionprocedureofprefabricationmanufacture
⑴碳钢管道:
审图→下料、坡口加工→打磨坡口→清扫管内→组对→焊接→(热处理)→编号→探伤→吹扫管内→封口→出厂。

examiningdrawing--下料,groovemanufacture—burnishinggroove—cleaningtube—forminggroup—welding-(heatinghandling)—makingnumber—testing—blastingtube--sealing—leavingfactory
注:
设计需进行消除应力处理的管段,需进行焊后热处理。

⑵低温钢管道:
审图→下料、坡口加工(包括切割、车制坡口)→打磨坡口→清扫管内→组对→焊前预热→焊接→编号→探伤→吹扫管内→封口→出厂。
Lowtemperaturesteeltube:
examiningdrawing--下料,groovemanufacture(includingincision,车制groove)—burnishinggroove—cleaningtube—forminggroup—pre-hatingbeforewelding—welding—makingnumber—testing—blastingtube—sealing—leavingfactory
⑶不锈钢管道:
审图→下料、坡口加工(包括切割、车制坡口)→打磨坡口→清扫管内→组对→焊接→编号→探伤→焊道酸洗钝化→吹扫管内→封口→出厂。
Stainlesssteeltube:
examiningdrawing--下料,groovemanufacture(includingincision,车制groove)—burnishinggroove—cleaningtube—forminggroup—welding—makingnumber—testing—weldbeadacidwashingandpassivating—blastingtube—sealing—leavingfactory
⑷合金管道:
审图→下料、坡口加工(包括切割、车制坡口)→打磨、清洗坡口→清扫管内→组对→焊接→编号→探伤→吹扫管内→封口→出厂。
Alloytube:
examiningdrawing--下料,groovemanufacture(includingincision,车制groove)—burnishingandwashinggroove—cleaningtube—forminggroup—welding—makingnumber—testing—blastingtube—sealing—leavingfactory
⑸预制过程中,关键工序保证合格后才能进行下一道工序。
Duringtheprocessofprefabrication,onlythekeyworkingprocedureisuptograde,canthenextprocedurebegin.
.1.4.3预制方法及要求Prefabricationmeasuresandrequests
⑴根据预制计划,按照确认的管道单线图进行管段的预制:
MakingtubeprefabricationinlinewithconfirmingtubeISOdrawing,accordingtoprefabricationplan.
1原材料检验合格,并标识明确。
对于低温钢、不锈钢、合金管材采用不同的色环进行标识和区分
Checkinguptoinsurerawmaterialuptograde,andhaveclearidentification.Forlowtemperaturesteel,stainlesssteelandalloytubematerial,adoptingdifferentcolorringforidentificationanddistinction.
2管道原则上采用机械切割及加工坡口,对于某些难以进行机加工的部位,可使用火焰、等离子切割方式,同时必须人工打磨清除氧化层和可能的淬硬层,必要时使用渗透的方法进行检验。
Inprinciple,mechanicalincisionandmanufacturegrooveshouldbeadoptedfortube,forsomepartsdifficulttobemanufactured,flameandplasmaincisiontypeshouldbeused,meanwhileoxideand淬硬层mustbecleanedoutbymanualburnishing,sometimespenetrativemethodcanbeusedfortesting.
3不锈钢、低温钢管若使用砂轮切割或修磨时,必须使用专用砂轮片,严禁与碳钢管共用。
Forstainlesssteelandlowtemperaturesteel,whenusinggrindingwheelincisionorburnishing,appropriativegrindingwheelpatchmustbeused,strictlyprohibitingusetogetherwithcarbonsteeltube.
④管子切口质量须符合下列规定:
