1、管道施工方案中英.1 管道施工方案Piping Construction Plan.1.1 工程特点Project Feature1)本装置工艺流程复杂,操作介质易燃、易爆、高温、高压,对焊接和密封件装配质量提出了严格的要求。The process flow of the fitting is complicated,and operation medium is combustible, explosive, high temperature and high pressure. Thus, some strict requests have been put forward for the

2、 quality of welding and sealed fitting assembly.2)工艺配管中大量采用不锈钢、低温钢、合金钢材料,对焊工的技能和多面适应性及焊接过程中的质量控制要求很高。A lot of stainless steel, low temperature steel and alloy steel material have been used during the process tubing, so welders should be skillful and have all round adaptability. and the quality contr

3、ol in welding process is much high.3)管道的材质、种类多,管件、阀门数量大,需采用微机进行材料管理和工程施工进度统计以保证材料供应及时、到货信息准确以及材料使用准确无误。There are a lot of kinds of piping materials, and the number of tubes of valves is high, thus, computers should be used to control materials management and project construction schedule so as to de

4、livery of material on time, exactness of arrival information and usage of material. .1.2 总体施工方案General Construction Plan工艺管道施工采用设在现场的管道预制场进行管道预制,使用微机进行管线材料、计划和完成情况及施工过程控制管理,加强管道安装专业与其他专业的协调,按照系统优先顺序安排整个管道的施工。Process piping construction adopt piping prefabrication in the site, use computer to control

5、 pipe line material, plan, execution and construction process management, then, the coordination of piping installation specialty and other specialty will be strengthened and can optimize the number arrangement of the whole piping construction according to system.1.3 施工准备阶段Construction preparation s

6、tage.1.3.1 图纸会审Review conference for drawing 施工前由管道、焊接、热处理等有关专业技术人员会同设计、业主代表及监理进行图纸会审,会审时做好图纸会审记录,把图纸会审中提出的问题及时解决。Before construction, the relevant professional technicians of piping, welding and heat handling, together with designers, client representative and supervisors hold review conference for

7、 drawing, in the process of examine, the examining records should be written down, and questions put forwarded in the drawing examining should be solved on time.1.3.2 施工方案编制Construction plan making施工前由技术人员编制管道施工方案,上报业主及监理审批。Before construction, the technicians make piping construction plan, then sub

8、mit to client and supervisor for examine and approve. .1.3.3 技术交底Talk over technical order由技术人员对施工班组进行现场技术交底,交底内容有:工艺流程、管线安装部位、工程量、施工方案、关键技术、特殊工艺要求、安全措施、质量标准、工序交接要求及其它注意事项等内容。The technicians talk over technical order to the construction group in site, the contents of talking over technical order: pr

9、ocess flow, pipe and line erection part, project quantity, construction plan, major technology, special process requests, safety measures, quality standard, requests of working procedures and others needed to be noticed.1.3.4 单线图绘制ISO-drawing making对照施工图纸,进行管道单线图的绘制。图上详细标识管道的材质规格、工艺参数、焊道位置和编号等。Compa

10、ring with construction paper, the piping ISO-drawing should be made, and the paper should indicate material specification of piping, process parameter, welding location, number and so on. .1.3.5 焊接工艺评定、焊工培训、焊工考试Welding process assess, welder training and welder examine对于管道使用的所有材质,施焊前必须进行焊接工艺试验与评定。试验

11、与评定工作按规范执行。工艺评定需要经现场监理及业主认可批准。对于参加本标段管道焊接的焊工,施工前需进行有针对的培训、考试,合格后才允许施焊。For all the material used in piping, welding process test and assess must be made before pre-welding. Test and assess of work are executed according to norm., and process assess needed to be approved by site manager and client. Fo

12、r the welders joining in this phase of piping welding, they should accept professional training, examine, and can be allowed to work for welding when they are up to some degree. .1.3.6 施工人员资格审查Competence examining and checking of construction staff管理人员必须有相应岗位的资质证书,作业人员必须有管工、焊工、气焊工、起重工等相应专业的资质证书。Mana

13、gement staff must have qualified certificates for their posts, and workers must have relevant qualified certificates for piping, welding, gas-welding and crane work.1.3.7 压力管道安装报审Submit for examining of pressure piping erection 管道安装前,由项目经理部向当地压力管道安全监察部门和压力管道检验单位递交压力管道安装申请报告及监检申请,批准后,向公司质量部门报批,包括:经批准

14、的监检申请报告(复印件),各专业质控工程师的资格情况,施工现场、施工设备及施工文件准备情况。经批准后方可进行施工。Before piping erection, project manager department submit the application report and inspection to the local pressure piping safety and supervising department and pressure piping examining unit, when approval, the department can submit to the

15、companys quality department for approval, including: approved application report for supervising and examining(manifold), qualified situation of quality control engineers in every professional, construction site, construction equipment and preparation of construction document. After approval, constr

16、uction can begin. .1.3.8 材料检验Material testing核实质量证明书、材质、规格、型号外观尺寸、件数、批号等,合金材料还要求经光谱分析、无损检测等项目合格,落实运抵预制场及储备的数量是否能满足管道预制要求。Verifying quality certificate, material, specification, model, out size, piece, block number and so on, alloy material need to be through spectral analysis and have NDT test, and

17、finding out whether prefabrication field and number of storage can meet the requests of piping prefabrication.1.3.9 工装机具的准备Preparation for frock equipment配置采用先进机具,满足施工需要。Adopting advanced equipment for collocation, satisfying construction request.1.3.10 编制管段表和排料表Making spool drawing and material arr

18、angement drawing由于本装置工艺管道采用低温钢、不锈钢、合金较多,为了节约原材料以及防止材质混用,采取以下措施: Much of low temperature steel and alloy steel material have been used during the process piping, in order to save raw material and avoid putting off material, the following measures have been adopted: 编制管段表:将所有管道的管段号进行汇总,将同材质、同规格、同壁厚等级的

19、管段以及管段长度汇编在一起,便于使用微机排料。Making spool drawing: gathering the spool number of all the pipes, collecting same material, same specification, same wall depth of grade and spool length so as to arrange material on the computers. 使用微机排料,编制出排料表:列出管材编号、规格材质、壁厚等级、长度以及在该编号管材上取料的管段号、管段长度。Using computer to arrang

20、e material, make material arrangement drawing: listing the number of pipe material, specification, wall depth grade, length and spool number and length of the numbered pipe material. 依据排料表和管道单线图进行划线下料。According to material arrangement drawing and piping ISO, underlining and providing material. .1.4

21、预制阶段Prefabrication stage管道预制利用设在现场的管道预制场,采取集中预制的形式,预制范围为所有管道和支架;预制深度按焊口数计达到60%左右。Piping prefabrication usage is set up in site piping prefabrication field, adopting integrated prefabrication type, and prefabrication scope including all the piping and brackets, prefabrication depth is based on the nu

22、mber of weld bond up to more than 60%. .1.4.1 现场管道预制场布置Piping prefabrication field layout in site在现场的管道预制场划分出两个预制生产区和一个半成品、成品摆放区:The piping prefabrication field in site is divided into three parts, two for prefabrication manufacture , the other for semi finished and finished product. 两个预制生产区分别为碳钢管段、

23、支架预制区以及不锈钢、低温钢管段、支架预制区。Two prefabrication manufacture section : one for carbon steel tube and bracket prefabrication, the other for stainless steel, low temperature steel tube and bracket prefabrication. 半成品、成品摆放区:规划出摆放区域,使碳钢管段和不锈钢、低温钢管段、合金管段相互隔离。Semi finished and finished product section: laying ou

24、t area to separate carbon steel tube , stainless steel, low temperature steel tube and alloy tube section. 所有管段预制件均放置在枕木上,不允许管段直接放在地面上,管端要进行封堵保护。All the tube prefabrication pieces should be laid on the crosstie, not allowing to be laid on the ground, sealing the end of the tube for protection.1.4.2

30、ith confirming tube ISO drawing, according to prefabrication plan.1 原材料检验合格,并标识明确。对于低温钢、不锈钢、合金管材采用不同的色环进行标识和区分Checking up to insure raw material up to grade, and have clear identification. For low temperature steel, stainless steel and alloy tube material, adopting different color ring for identific

31、ation and distinction.2 管道原则上采用机械切割及加工坡口,对于某些难以进行机加工的部位,可使用火焰、等离子切割方式,同时必须人工打磨清除氧化层和可能的淬硬层,必要时使用渗透的方法进行检验。In principle, mechanical incision and manufacture groove should be adopted for tube, for some parts difficult to be manufactured, flame and plasma incision type should be used, meanwhile oxide a

32、nd 淬硬层must be cleaned out by manual burnishing, sometimes penetrative method can be used for testing. 3 不锈钢、低温钢管若使用砂轮切割或修磨时,必须使用专用砂轮片,严禁与碳钢管共用。For stainless steel and low temperature steel, when using grinding wheel incision or burnishing, appropriative grinding wheel patch must be used, strictly prohibiting use together with carbon steel tube. 管子切口质量须符合下列规定:The quality of tube cut must be in line with the following r
