Firecontrolworkshallfollowthepolicyofdevotingmajoreffortsintopreventionandcombiningfirepreventionwithfirefighting,andshalladheretotheprincipleofcombiningtheeffortsofbothspecializedorganizationsandthemassesandcarryoutresponsibilitysystemonfirepreventionandsafety.TheStateCouncilshallledandthepeople'sgovernmentsatalllevelsberesponsibleforfirecontrolwork.Thepeople'sgovernmentatalllevelsshallbringfirecontrolworkinlinewiththenationaleconomyandsocialdevelopmentplan,andensurethatfirecontrolworkfitinwiththeeconomicconstructionandsocialdevelopment.ThepublicsecuritydepartmentoftheStateCouncilshallmonitorandadministerthenationwidefirecontrolwork;thepublicsecurityorgansoflocalpeople'sgovernmentsabovecountylevelshallmonitorandadministerthefirecontrolworkwithintheiradministrativeregionandthefirecontrolinstitutionsofpublicsecurityorgansofthepeople'sgovernmentatthesamelevelshallberesponsiblefortheimplementation.

Alongwiththeourcountryeconomicdevelopmentrapiddevelopment,thelivesofthepeoplelevelunceasingenhancement,thecityusestobedaybydayanxious,urgesthebuildingtofacethedirectionisdeveloping.Thiskindofhighlevelcivilconstructionrepairneededmaterialsandthewayalsomorehastenthediversification,andalongwithuseselectricitytheloadandcoalgasconsumptionquantityenlarging,proposedtothefireauto-alarmsystemdesignishigher,astricterrequest.Inordertoguaranteethepeoplelifeandpropertythesecurity,thefireauto-alarmsystemdesignhasbecomeinthehighlevelcivilconstructiondesignoneofmostimportantdesigncontents.Presentlybasedontheauthorfireofauto-alarmsystemdesignoverseeingworkinthehighlevelcivilbuildingexperience,proposedinpresentnationalrelatedstandardandstandarduncleartruedetailshallowopinion,byforthecolleaguestodiscussandtopointoutmistakes.

First,designbasis

Thefireauto-alarmsystemdesignisaspecializedverystrongtechnologywork,atthesametimealsohastheverystrongpolicy-type.Therefore,firstshouldbeclearaboutthefollowingdesignbasis:

（1）mustgraspthearchitecturaldesignfireprotectionstandard,thesystemdesignstandard,theequipmentmanufacturestandard,theinstallmentconstructionapprovalstandardandtheadministrationlawsandregulationsandsoonfivebigaspectsfirelawsandregulations,andinpracticalunderstandingpresentcountryrelatedstandardandstandardpositiveword:

（2）,mustaimathighlevelcivilbuildingfunction,useandtheprotectionobjectfireprotectionrank,earnestlycarriesoutthepresentnationalrelatedstandard,earnestlytreatsthepublicsecurityfirepreventionsurveillancedepartmenttheexaminationandapprovalopinion.

Second,fireauto-alarmsystemequipmentestablishment

（1）Firedetectorestablishment

Openswideeitherthesealorthestairhallshouldalonedividethesearchcoverage.

Room（includingguardsagainstinfrontofsmokestairhallinfrontofroom,fireelevatorroom,fireelevatorwithguardsagainstthefrontroomwhichsmokestairhallcomesinhandy）andtheaisleshoulddistinguishalonetodividethesearchcoverage,speciallyfronttheroomandtheliftwell,thescatteredstairhallandtheaisleareinterlinked,hastimethefirehazetobeeasiertogatherortoflow,isthepersonneldisperseswhichsavesgoalwiththefireprevention,thereforeshouldinstallthefiredetector.Regardingcommonelevatorinfrontofroomalthoughisnotthepersonneldisperses,butthisfrontroomandtheliftwellareinterlinked,hastimethefirehazetobealsoeasytogatherortoflow,suitablyalonedividesthesearchcoverageandinstallsthefiredetector.

Theelectriccableshaftthereforeiseasytoformpullsoutthesmokeinflammationthechannel;Haswhenthefirethefireintensitynoteasilyextendsalongtheelectriccableburns,forthis,"thehighlevelcivilconstructiondesignfireprotectionstandard"and"thecivilconstructionelectricitydesignstandard"separatelyproposesthedetailedspecificstipulationintheconstructionandintheelectricwireorontheelectriccableshaping.Butconsideredimplementsspecificallythedifficultyandthepresentsituation,theelectriccableshaftinstallsthefiredetectorisextremelyessential,andcoordinatestheshaftthefireprotectionseparationrequest,each2~3oreachlevelinstalls.

Theelevatormachineroomshouldinstallthefiredetector,itselevatoristheimportantverticaltransportationvehicle.whenhasthefire,theliftwelloftenbecomesthefireintensityspreadthechannel,iseasytothreatentheelevatormachineroomthefacility.Therefore,theelevatormachineroomestablishesthefiredetectorisnecessary,crownofalsosuitableestablishmentfiredetectorliftwell.

Inthepublicactiveplace（includinghall,diningroom,multi-purposehallandsoon）andthemainthoroughfareandsoonplace,thepersonnelveryisallcentralized,andmainlydispersesthechannel.Thereforeshouldreporttothepolicethebuttoninthesepublicactiveplacesmainaccessestablishmentmanualfires;Themanualfireestablisheswhichinthemainthoroughfarereportstothepolicethebuttontoguarantee"toamanualfirewhichmostisclosetoreportstothepolicethebuttondistancefromafireprotectiondistrictanypositionnottobesupposedtobebiggerthan30meters".

（3）,thefireemergencybroadcaststhespeakertheestablishment

Theaisle,thehall,thediningroomandsoonthepublicplacepersonnelveryareallcentralized,andmainlydispersesthechannel.Thereforeshouldpressinthesepublicplaces"toarecentspeakerdistanceisnotbiggerthan25metersfromafireprotectiondistrictanyspot"and"intheaislelastshouldnotbebiggerthan12.5metersthespeakertotheaisleterminaldistance"theestablishmentfireemergencytobroadcastthespeaker;Nextalsoshouldestablishthefireinthepublicbathroomplaceemergencytobroadcastthespeaker.

Room（includingguardsagainstinfrontofsmokestairhallinfrontofroom,fireelevatorroom,fireelevatorwithguardsagainstwhichsmokestairhalltocomeinhandythefrontroom）ishaswhenthefirethepersonneltodispersewhichsavesgoalwithfireprevention,alsohasthefiredoorseparationandthesoundsofpeopleisconfusedandnoisy,thereforeshouldestablishthefireemergencytobroadcastthespeaker.Infrontofthecommonelevatortheroomalsoshouldestablishthefireemergencytobroadcastthespeaker.Dispersesthestairhallalsoishaswhenthefirethepersonneltodispersewhichsavesgoalwiththefireprevention,alsothesoundsofpeopleareconfusedandnoisy,thereforeshouldestablishthefireemergencytobroadcastthespeaker,byfavorsthefireemergencybroadcasttodispersetheinstruction.

（4）,firealarminstallmentestablishment

Theestablishmentfireemergencybroadcastfireauto-alarmsystem,theauthorthoughtalsoshouldinstallthefirealarminstallment,butitscontrolprocedureshouldbe:

Installsthefirespecialusetelephoneextensiontelephone,shouldbelocatedtheengineroomwhichrelatedalsosomepeopleisondutyfrequentlywiththefirelinkagecontrol（includingfirewaterplant,spareelectricitygenerationengineroom,matchessubstation,mainlyventilateswithairconditioningengineroom,dischargesfumeengineroom,firepreventionelevatormachineroomandother）,thefirefightingcontrolsystemoperatestheequipmentplaceorthecontrolroom,thefiredutyofficersobservationroom,thesecuritymanagesspotandsoonpublicroom.Inthefireelevatorandtheordinaryelevatorallshouldsupposethespecialusetelephone,requeststheelevatormachineroomandtheelevatorsedantheaterbox,theelevatormachineroomandthefirecontrolroom,theelevatorsedantheaterboxandthefirecontrolroomandsoonthreecompositionsisreliabletospeaksthecorrespondencetelephonesystem.Usuallyinfirecontrolroom;Theestablishmentelevatormonitoringdemonstrationplate（includingpositionindicator,directionindicatinglamp,tospeakscorrespondencetelephone,
