经公司技安科同意，在工程的施工中，由同志担任质量负责人。

为保证工程保质保量的完成，现签定质量责任书:

1、施工员在施工过程并担任一切技术工作（建筑测量、图纸会审、技

术交底等），按照图纸设计要求及施工验收规范正确地进行施工。

2、担任施工中的班组配合、组织协调工作，合理组织施工，安排工程

进度，并负责工程的各项准备工作的协调问题，保证工程的进度。

3、针对工程中遇到的各种技术问题，进行必要的处理，保证工程的质

量与进度。

4、配合质检员进行质量检查工作发现问题及时处理，在工地中开展质

量竞赛活动，调动广大职工的工作积极性。

5、配合材料员进行材料采购计划的编制、同时对进场材料进行必要的

检查。

6、对工程中存在的问题及时处理、并向项目经理汇报。

7、负责对施工现场的管理，按照文明工地的标准进行工地现场的管理

工作，发现问题及时处理。
