Abstract:

thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyhaschangedthecompetitiveenvironmentofenterprises.Onlybyadoptingmodernmanagementmethodsandimprovingtheirmanagementlevelcanenterpriseswinthecompetition.ERPsystemisaconceptofconnotationandextensionarequiterich,containsanumberofmanagementideasandtheuseofinformationtechnology,informationmanagementsystemisthemostcomplex,itfunctionsintheenterpriseoperationandmanagementofallaspects.TheapplicationofERPwillbringallkindsofchangestotheenterpriseandimprovethecompetitivenessoftheenterprise.ThispaperanalyzestheapplicationandmeasuresofenterpriseERPfromthecoreideaofERP.

Today'ssocietyisarapiddevelopmentandever-changingsociety.Inallwalksoflifefortheirownsurvival,developmentandhardwork,however,ifanenterprisewantstobeinaninvinciblepositioninthefiercecompetition,inadditiontothehumanspiritandthenecessaryfundsand,moreimportant,butthekeyistoknowhowtochoose,foracomprehensiveandefficientmanagementofenterpriseswithmoderntheenterprisescientificmanagementmethod.Withtheglobaleconomicintegration,thecompetitiveenvironmentfacedbyenterpriseshasundergoneprofoundchanges,andthepressureofcompetitionisincreasing.Undertheinfluenceof"subprimemortgagecrisis"intheUnitedStates,theglobaleconomicturmoil,howtograspthemarketopportunities,adapttomarketchanges,improvetheirmanagementlevel,isparticularlyimportant.Since1940s,thedomesticandforeignscholarshaveconductedmanystudiesontheenterprisemanagementinnovation,putsforwardsomeideasandmethodsofmanagementreform,whichisrepresentativeoftheERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning,enterpriseresourceplanning).Aftermorethantenyearsofdevelopment,ERPhasbeenwidelyadoptedbymanyenterprisesathomeandabroad,andhasbecomeoneofthemaindrivingforcesforenterpriseinformationintegrationandbusinessprocessreengineering.StartingfromtherelatedconceptsofERP,thispapersimplyanalyzestheapplicationofERPinenterprisemanagement.

ERP(EnterpriseResourcesPlanningEnterpriseResourcePlanning)referstothesystembasedontheinformationtechnologyandbasedontheinternalsupplychainmanagementidea.ERPistheenterprisebusinessprocessasoneintegratedsupplychain,theenterprisefinancialandmaterial,production,supplyandmarketingandlogistics,informationflowandcapitalflowcorrespondingcloselyintegratesthesystemofmutualcooperation,realizeresourceoptimizationandsharingenterprises.

Thecoremanagementideaof1.ERPissupplychainmanagement.Thesupplychainisanetworkcomposedofthebusinessactivitiesoftheenterprisesanddepartmentsandtherelationshipbetweenthematerialsandtheproductswhichareobtainedandprocessedintothemiddlewareorfinishedproductstotheusers.Supplychainmanagementistostrengthenthesupplychainactivitiesandentitiesbetweentheinformationexchangeandcoordination,increaselogisticsandcapitalflowandflowspeed,andmakeitsmooth,toachievesupplyanddemandbalance.

ERPisbasedonthe"supplychain"managementidea,theenterpriseinternaldemandandmanufacturingactivities,aswellasthesuppliersofmanufacturingresourcestogethercompletelyembodiesthecustomers,accordingtouserrequirementsformanufacturingideas,whichmakestheenterprisetoenhancetheabilityofadapttorapidlychangingmarketandcustomerdemand.Inaddition,ERPmanufacturingprocesscanberegardedasamanufacturingenterpriseinthecontextofthewholesocietyiscloselyconnectedtothesupplychain,includingsuppliers,factories,distributionnetworkandcustomers;whilethedistributionbelongstotheenterpriseisdividedintoseveralmutuallycooperativeoperationsupportsubsystemsuchasfinance,marketing,manufacturingqualitycontrol,maintenance,engineeringandtechnicalservicesindifferentpartsofthecountry,includingthemonitoringandmanagementofcompetitors.ERPsystemprovidesthefunctionofeffectivemanagementofalllinksinthesupplychain,

Theselinksincludeorders,procurement,inventory,productionplanning,manufacturing,qualitycontrol,transportation,distribution,serviceandmaintenance,personnelmanagement,laboratorymanagement,projectmanagement,recipemanagement,marketinformationmanagement,Internetandintranet(Internet)(Intranet)(EDI,electroniccommunications,andelectroniccommerce(email)E-Commerce),capitaloperationandinvestmentmanagement,systemandstandardmanagementthroughthesesubsystemscloselyandachievebalance,multiplant,multisitewithinthescopeofglobaltransnationalbusinessoperation.

2,ERPsystemiscloselyrelatedtoBusinessProcessReengineering(BPR).Thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologytoacceleratethespeedandreal-timetransmissionofinformation,expandtheexchangebusinesscoverageandtheamountofinformation,provideextremelyfavorableconditionsfortheenterpriseinformationreal-timeprocessing,makethecorrespondingdecision.Inordertomakethebusinessprocessofenterpriseforeseeandrespondtothechangeofenvironment,theinternalandexternalbusinessprocessofenterprisemustkeeptheinformationagileandunobstructed.Theinformationsystemaslimitedtotheenterpriseisnotpossibletokeepabreastofchangingglobalmarketdynamic,multi-levelorganizationbloatedinevitablycannotquicklyinrealtimetorespondeffectivelytothechangingmarketdynamics.Therefore,inordertoimprovethecompetitiveadvantageofenterprisesupplychainmanagement,enterprisebusinessprocess,informationprocessandorganizationreformwillinevitablybebrought.

ERPisacomputersoftwaremanagementsystemintegratedmanagementandoperationofenterpriselogisticsandcapitalflow,itinvolvestheapplicationofenterprisefinancialmanagementdepartment,businessmanagementdepartment,salesdepartment,productiondepartmentandtheDepartmentofhumanresourcesmanagement,itemphasizestheoverallintegration,datasharingandsystemdataconsistencycontrolmechanism.ThesuccessofERPsystemcanformdifferentbusinessprocessestoadapttothechangeofbusinessprocessingmodeindifferentindustries.EnterprisesarereadytoimplementtheERPsystem,whichmeansthattheenterpriseatleastembarkedontheintegratedapplicationmodel,inordertoensuretheimplementationofenterpriseERPsystemtoachievethedesiredresults,wemustredesigntheenterprisemanualbusinessprocesses.

3.ERPhasadoptedthelatestachievementsofmoderninformationtechnology.ERPistheorganicunityofmodernenterprisemanagementthought,managementmodeandinformationtechnology.ThedevelopmentofmoderninformationtechnologyprovidespowerfultechnicalsupportforERP.InadditiontoERPsystemhasbeenwidelyusedasagraphicaluserinterface(GUI)technology,SQLstructuredquerylanguage,arelationaldatabasemanagementsystem(RDBMS),objectorientedtechnology(OOT),thefourthgenerationlanguage/computeraidedsoftwareengineering,client/serveranddistributeddataprocessingsystemandsoon,alsorealizemoredifferenttheopenplatforminteroperability,whichcanbeusedinnetworkprogrammingsoftware,strengthenuserflexibilityandconfigurability,inordertomeettheneedsofusersindifferentsectors.ThewideapplicationofnetworkcommunicationtechnologymakestheERPsystemrealizetheinformationintegrationofsupplychainmanagement.

TheapplicationoftwoandERPinenterprisemanagement

Intheeconomicglobalizationandtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologytoday,theexpansionofenterprises,allproductionrelatedinformationincreaseddramatically,collectingandprocessinginformationifnottimely,itwillaffecttheoperationoftheentireenterprise.Ifthecostinformationlag,willaffecttheproductquotation;purchasingplanisnotsuremaycausedowntimetowaitfor;inventoryinformationlag,itiseasytocausedelaydelivery.

TheapplicationofERPsystem,istocollectallkindsofinformationandprocessing,statistics,analysis,toensurethetimelinessandaccuracyofinformation,fortheenterprisestostrengthenfinancialmanagement,improvecapitaloperationlevel,toestablishanefficientsupplychain,reduceinventory,improveproductionefficiency,reducecostsandimprovecustomerservicelevelsoastoprovideapowerfultool,butalsoprovidethescientificbasisforenterprisedecisionmanagement,effectivelyimprovethelevelofprofitability,andultimatelyimprovetheoverallcompetitivenessofenterprises,becomeastrongsupportforenterpriseinnovation.
