Today'ssocietyisarapiddevelopmentandever-changingsociety.Inallwalksoflifefortheirownsurvival,developmentandhardwork,however,ifanenterprisewantstobeinaninvinciblepositioninthefiercecompetition,inadditiontothehumanspiritandthenecessaryfundsand,moreimportant,butthekeyistoknowhowtochoose,foracomprehensiveandefficientmanagementofenterpriseswithmoderntheenterprisescientificmanagementmethod.Withtheglobaleconomicintegration,thecompetitiveenvironmentfacedbyenterpriseshasundergoneprofoundchanges,andthepressureofcompetitionisincreasing.Undertheinfluenceof"subprimemortgagecrisis"intheUnitedStates,theglobaleconomicturmoil,howtograspthemarketopportunities,adapttomarketchanges,improvetheirmanagementlevel,isparticularlyimportant.Since1940s,thedomesticandforeignscholarshaveconductedmanystudiesontheenterprisemanagementinnovation,putsforwardsomeideasandmethodsofmanagementreform,whichisrepresentativeoftheERP（EnterpriseResourcePlanning,enterpriseresourceplanning）.Aftermorethantenyearsofdevelopment,ERPhasbeenwidelyadoptedbymanyenterprisesathomeandabroad,andhasbecomeoneofthemaindrivingforcesforenterpriseinformationintegrationandbusinessprocessreengineering.StartingfromtherelatedconceptsofERP,thispapersimplyanalyzestheapplicationofERPinenterprisemanagement.
