船舶修理价格表

TARIFFFORSHIPREPAIRS

GENERALNOTES

1.TheratesquotedhereinareinUSdollar$.

2.Theratesareapplicabletotheworkcarriedoutduringthenormalworkinghour,thatisfiveworkingdaysaweek,andsixteenhoursaday.AnyworksdoneoutsidethesehoursoronSaturdaysandSundays,NationalHolidaysandyard'sholidaysshallbechargedwithextraforovertime,shiponvoyagerepairwillbepricedextra.

3.Allpricesquotedhereinareforshiprepairscarriedoutinthepremisesoftheshipyard,extrapriceshouldbeaddedforsuchrepairscarriedoutattheportberths,buoys,anchoragesaccordingtotheactualworktobedone.

4.Anyvesselduringtherepairperiodofrepairintheyard,unlessagreedbytheyard,theCustomershallnotbepermittedtoemployanylaborotherthantheyardtoperformrepairs.

5.Theyardshallnotberesponsiblefortheconsequencesofwar,earthquakeorcausesbeyondyard'scontrol.

6.Allscrappedmaterialexceptheavypartsofmachinery,propellerandtailshaftsshallbetheyard'sproperty.

7.Thistariffisapplicabletotherepairoffreightcarriersonly,repairsofothertypesofshiparebeyondofthistariffscope.

8.ThistariffbecomeseffectivefromJanuary1st,1991,subjecttorevisedpricedependingonthechangeinmaterialcostetc.withoutnotice.

（5）Whenthevesselwithcargoonboardisallowedtodrydockweightofthecargoonboardshallbeaddedtogrosstonnageofthevessel.

（6）Specialvesselshallbechargedextra.

（7）Extrachargesshallbepaidwhen:

removeandreplacekeelblocksforaccesstorepairUSD75pereach,sideblocksforaccesstorepairUSD50pereach.

（8）Lossincurred,ifany,maybeclaimedfor,compensationagainstabruptcancellationaftershipyardmadeallnecessarypreparationforthedocking

3.Tailshaft

（1）Conventionalservice------drawoftailshaft,forexamination,measure,andrecording,ropeguardtoremove,propellertodisconnectandtailshafttodraw,includingremovalofoneintermediateshaft,bearingandcoolingwaterpipe,inshaftalley,sternglandtorepackwithownersuppliedpacking,uponcompletiontoreinstall.
