如果班级综合分只剩1分我该怎么做?
痛并快乐着的军训在我们的坚持中，终于过去了，回顾在训练中受的训练和磨练，感受颇深。
在训练场上，我们忘记了年龄，忘记了工作的身份，忘记了生活的环境，我们抛开一切，全身心的投入到训练中。
它不仅仅是一种简单的训练，而是一种毅力、一种精神、一种理念；同时也是一种思维、一种考验、一种气概的培训。
这次训练，是一次身心的大洗礼。
“纸上谈兵终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。
通过此次训练，让我很好的感悟到很多道理。
一个团队想要发展壮大，只有紧密团结成一个整体，才可能战无不胜、攻无不克。
一个月的集训进行了一半，接下来的两周，迎接我们的是文化课程的学习。
如果班级综合分只剩1分我该怎么做?
在当下这个物欲横流，人人自危的社会，如何做才能不落后、不被淘汰，这是我们每个有进取之心的社会人都会想到的问题，这次集训也是如果，学校有学校的规章制度和要求，既然来了，做为第69期新职员班的一员，班级的荣辱和我个人是密不可分的，回顾前两星期的军训课程，有个人因规章制度的个人行为欠缺而扣分、有因为个人宿舍卫生不到位，检查不合格而扣分、也有因细节的忽略而扣分；回顾加分事项，班级却没有？
原因何在，是因为加减分政策的不分理？
还是因为个人问题的欠缺使班级失去了加分的机会呢?
答案在我们每个人的心中很明了，文化课时，黄老师说过“我们是斜坡上的球，不进则退。
”道理很简单，行动却没效果。
集训还是进行中，如果班级综合分只剩1分，我该怎么做？
在培训中，让我们体验到了军事生活，也进一步了解到公司的企业文化，发展目标，和规划等，同时也学习到作为销售人员所必备的产品知识，在培训老师讲的几个细节，以及列举的案例，对我们帮助很大，使我受益匪浅，所以，我要求自己在工作中努力学习，在实践中慢慢成长。
公司对员工素质培训的注重，以及团队建设理念的注重，我体验了做为一名军人的荣耀，从站军姿，行军礼，
到跑步，每一个动作都要做到位，做到统一规范，队列整齐，口号响亮，特别是大集合时，每一名队员都要以最快迅速到位，们能明显的感受到自己的进步，做事有组织性，不单独行动，也培养了我们吃苦耐劳的精神，同时也磨练了坚强的意志力和执行力，在军训期间教官组织我们唱歌，做游戏，不仅增加我们同事之间的团结友爱，也更明白了团队的力量是最大的，只有我们团一致才能更好的完成任务。
如果我们的言行举止有所不当，关系到的不是个人的对否，而是整个团队，整个班级，如果班级综合分只剩1分，那就意味着有人将要离开，是你、是我、还是他？
我想无论是谁的离去都我们大家都是一种打击，因为我们共同的失误不因由某一个人来承担，69期新职员班是一个困队，我们每个同学都是团队中的一份子，一个团队想展壮大，不被老师放弃、不被学校淘汰、只有个自做好自我、做好分工协作、执行、相互信任、共同努力、紧密团结成一个整体，才可能战无不胜、攻无不克。

通过此次拓展训练，让我很好的感悟到很多道理。
通过我们的感悟，并及时的付诸以行动执行，我想如果我们班级分只剩1分，所有的同学都会知道该如何去做好！

（2）有用的句型
记熟一些有用的句型并多加操练，无疑有助于意思的表达和写作速度的提高。
一篇150至200字的考试作文约二十或三十多个句子。
而恰恰就是这些句子，成为作文扣分的重点。
有的作文虽内容较丰富，却因为句式表达失误，结果让人越读越糊涂。
有的因为随意乱打标点符号，叫人看半天也不知句子应从哪儿开始，哪儿完结。
还有的则句式呆板，从头到尾几乎一律是主语＋谓语＋宾语的结构，把人看得脖子发直。
