IMPORTANTNOTES:

COMAPisthefinalarbiterofallrulesandpolicies,andmaydisqualifyorrefusetoregisteranyteamthat,initssolediscretion,doesnotfollowthesecontestregulationsandprocedures.Ifateamiscaughtviolatingtherules,thefacultyadvisorwillnotbepermittedtoadviseanotherteamforoneyear,andtheadvisor’sinstitutionwillbeputonprobationforoneyear.Ifateamfromthesameinstitutioniscaughtviolatingtherulesasecondtime,thenthatschoolwillnotbeallowedtocompeteforaperiodofatleastoneyear.AlltimesgivenintheseinstructionsareintermsofEasternStandardTime（EST）.（COMAPislocatedintheU.S.EasternTimezone.）

重要提示

COMAP对所有规则、政策有最终解释权，并并可以取消参赛资格和拒绝登机任何一支团队。

如果任何队伍发现有违规行为，其导师将被禁止在一年内辅导其他队伍，导师所在机构亦将被列入考察名单为期一年。

如果同一机构的队伍被发现违规两次，该机构将被禁止参赛至少一年。

所有的时间以EST为准。

I.BEFORETHECONTESTBEGINS:

A.Registration

Allteamsmustberegisteredbefore2PMESTonThursday,January31,2013.Werecommendthatallteamscompletetheregistrationprocesswellinadvance,sincetheregistrationsystemwillnotacceptanynewteamregistrationsafterthedeadline.COMAPwillnotacceptlateregistrationsforMCM/ICM2013underanycircumstances.NOEXCEPTIONSWILLBEMADE.

登记

所有队伍必须在2013.1.31周四东部时间下午两点之前登记。

我们建议所有队伍提前完成报名手续，因为在截止日期后报名系统将不再接受任何队伍的报名。

COMAP在任何情况下都不会延长MCM/ICM2013的登记时间。

没有例外。

a.Ifyouareregisteringyourfirstteamforthisyear’scontest,clickonRegisterfor2013Contestontheleft-handsideofthescreen.Enteralltherequiredinformation,includingyouremailaddressandcontactinformation.IMPORTANT:

Besuretouseavalidandcurrentemailaddresssothatwecanuseittocontactyouatanypointbefore,during,andafterthecontest,ifnecessary.

b.Ifyouhavealreadyregisteredateamforthisyear’scontestandwanttoregisterasecondteam,clickonAdvisorLogin,thenloginwiththesameemailaddressandpasswordthatyouusedwhenyouregisteredyourfirstteam.Onceyou’reloggedin,clickonRegisterAnotherTeamneartheupperrightcornerofthepage,thenfollowtheinstructionsthere.Note:

Anadvisormayregisternomorethantwo

（2）teams.Ifyoualreadyregisteredtwoteams,theRegisterAnotherTeamlinkwillnotappear.Thesystemwillnotallowyoutoregistermorethantwoteams.

c.Althougheachadvisorcanregisteronlytwoteams,thereisnorestrictiononthenumberofadvisorsorteamsthatcanregisterfromanyparticularinstitutionordepartment.

通过赛事网站登记你的队伍

登陆/undergraduate/contests/mcm.

要注册今年参加竞赛的第一支队伍，点击屏幕左边的“Registerfor2013Contest”输入全部信息，包括你的邮箱地址和联系方式。

注意：

确定邮箱的正确和有效，以便我们在必要的情况下在任何时候可通过此邮箱与你取得联系。

如果你已经注册了一支队伍，并要注册第二支队伍，点击“辅导教师登陆”，输入登记第一支队伍时使用的邮箱和密码。

登陆成功后，点击右上的“注册另一支队伍”，并根据说明填写所学信息。

注意：

一位辅导教师最多登记两支参赛队伍。

如果你已经登记了两支队伍，登记另一支队伍的链接将不再出现。

系统不允许你登记超过两支队伍。

虽然一位辅导教师只能登记两支队伍，但并不限制一所机构的辅导教师数量和队伍数量。

2.RegistrationFee

A$100registrationfeeperteamisrequired.Foranadditional$100feeperteam,youcanreceiveaJudgesCommentarywrittenspecificallyaboutyourteam’spaper.WeacceptpaymentwithMastercardorVisaonlyviaoursecurewebsite.Wecannotacceptotherformsofpayment.Oursecuresitewillprocessyourcreditcardpayment,soyourcreditcardnumberisprotected.Oursystemwillnotstoreyourcreditcardnumberafteritprocessesyourpayment.

登记费用

每支队伍登记费用为100美元。

组委会对队伍摘要表的详细评价需要附加100美元。

我们只支持通过我们的安全站点使用万事达卡或visa卡进行付款。

我们不支持其他付款形式。

支付过程在我们的安全站点进行，您的信用卡密码将会得到保护。

支付过程之后，我们不会售卖您的信用卡号码。

3.Afterwereceiveapprovalfromyourfinancialinstitution（thistakesonlyafewseconds）,thesystemwillissueacontrolnumberforyourteam.Yourteamisnotofficiallyregistereduntilyouhavereceivedateamcontrolnumber.Printthepagethatdisplaysyourteamcontrolnumber:

Itisyouronlyconfirmationthatyourteamhasbeenregistered.Thispagealsoliststheemailaddressandpasswordthatyouenteredwhenregistering;youwillneedthisinformationtocompletethecontestprocedures.YouwillNOTreceiveanemailconfirmationofyourregistration.

3.在收到你的资费确认之后（这需要几秒），系统会为你的队伍编号。

在你受到编号前，你的队伍都不会在官方成功登记。

打印显示你的队伍编号的页面：

它是你的队伍成功登记的唯一凭证。

此页会同时列出你登记时输入的邮箱地址和密码；在竞赛过程中你将需要此信息。

您将不会收到确认注册的电子邮件。

4.Ifyouneedtochangeanyoftheinformation（name,address,contactinformation,etc.）thatyouspecifiedwhenyouregistered,youcandosoatanypointbeforeorduringthecontestbyloggingintothecontestwebsitewiththesameemailaddressandpasswordthatyouusedwhenregistering（clickontheAdvisorLoginlinkontheleftsideofthescreen）.Onceloggedin,clickontheEditAdvisororInstitutionDatalinkneartheupperrightcornerofthepage.

4.如果你需要更改登记时输入的信息（姓名、地址、联系方式等），你可以登陆赛事网站输入邮箱地址和密码（点击屏幕左侧的辅导教师登陆链接）。

登陆成功后，点击右上方的编辑辅导教师和机构信息链接。

5.Checkthecontestwebsiteregularlyforanyupdatedinstructionsorannouncementsaboutthecontest.Exceptinextremecircumstances,COMAPwillnotsendanyconfirmation,reminders,orannouncementsbyemail.Allcommunicationregardingthecontestwillbeviathecontestwebsite.

5.经常性地登陆赛事网站以查看最新的赛事说明和通告。

除极特殊情况，COMAP不会通过邮件发送任何确认、提醒、通告的信息。

所有有关赛事的信息都将通过赛事网站通告。

6.Youwillreturntothecontestwebsiteduringthecontesttoenterandconfirminformationaboutyourteam,andtoprintoutyourteam’sControlSheetandSummarySheets,whichyouwillusewhenpreparingyourteam’ssolutionpacket.Detailsonthesestepsfollowintheinstructionsbelow.

B.Chooseyourteammembers:

1.Youmustchooseyourteammembersbeforethecontestbeginsat8PMESTonThursdayJanuary31,2013.Oncethecontestbeginsyoumaynotaddorchangeanyteammembers（youmay,however,removeateammember,ifheorshedecidesnottoparticipate）.

2.Eachteammayconsistofamaximumofthreestudents.

3.Eachstudentmayparticipateononlyoneteam.

4.Teammembersmustbeenrolledinschoolatthetimeofthecontest,buttheyneednotbefull-timestudents.Teammembersmustbeenrolledatthesameschoolastheadvisorandotherteammembers.

B．选择队伍成员

1.你必须在美国东部时间2013.1.31星期四晚八点之前确定队伍成员。
