供应商承诺向快捷达及其关联公司（以下统称为“快捷达”，名单见附录A）所销售的所有产品、部品、物料及附属部品，符合快捷达所在地有关有害物质管理法律法规的要求及国际有关有害物质管理法律法规的要求，特此保证如下：
Supplierundertakestocommitthatallproducts,parts,rawmaterialsandaccessoriesdeliveredtoAztechanditsaffiliatedcompaniesasmentionedinAnnexA（collectivelycalledas“Aztech”,）shallmeetAztech’srequirementofrelevanthazardoussubstancesprohibitedbylocalandinternationallaws/regulations.Supplierhereby,guaranteesthefollowing:
1、符合快捷达所在地及国家所适用如《电子信息产品污染控制管理办法》（包括现行以及后续不时修订的内容）等有关法律法规的要求。
Complywithallapplicablelaws/regulationsofthecountryinwhichAztech’sManufacturingPlantislocated,suchas《MeasuresforAdministrationofthePollutionControlofElectronicInformationProductfromChina》andallitssubsequentrevisions.
2、符合国际所适用如EUDirective2011/65/EU、EUDirective2012/19/EU、EURegulation（EC）No1907/2006、PackagingDirective94/62/EC、EUDirective2006/66/EC及它们后续修订的内容等有关法律法规的要求（有害物质管控清单及限制值见附录B）。
Complywithallapplicableinternationallaws/regulations,suchasEUDirectives2011/65/EC,EUDirective2012/19/EU,EURegulation（EC）No1907/2006,PackagingDirective94/62/EC,EUDirective2006/66/ECandallitssubsequentrevisions（RegulatedHazardousSubstancesListandLimitValueasmentionedinAnnexB）.
3、供应商已充分理解并承诺符合快捷达的有害物质减免管理标准（文件编号：
OPI-024），此有害物质减免管理标准将依据国内国际法律法规的最新要求及快捷达客户的最新要求进行不时的后续修订。
SupplierfullyunderstandsandiscommittedtocomplywithAztech’sHSFManagementStandard（DocumentNo.:
OPI-024）.ThisHSFManagementStandardwillberevisedfromtimetotimeaccordingtothelatestnational/internationallaws/regulationsandAztech’scustomers’requirements.
4、供应商承诺已充分理解并符合以上1~3条规定的有关有害物质管理的国内与国际法律法规要求及快捷达标准要求，如果供应商违反了以上要求，将承担所有由此而发生的快捷达及其客户或当地政府/外事损失的所有费用（包括但不限于律师费、诉讼费、通信费及赔偿），以及与付款附加的利息等等一切费用，供应商不会试图推卸任何责任。
Supplierisdeemedtohaveknowledgeoflocalandinternationallaws/regulationsinrelationtohazardoussubstanceandisalsodeemedtohaveknowledgeofAztech’srequirementmentionedinparagraph1-3above.IfSupplierviolatesorbreachestheaboverequirementswhichresultsinliabilities,claims,losses,fines,damages,cost,expensesorcompensationimposedbyeitherAztechorAztech’scustomer,Suppliershallbearallresponsibilitiesforpaymentofsuchcharges（includingbutnotlimitedtothecostoflawyer’sfee,lawsuit,communicationandcompensation）andtheinterestincurred.
