在本设备上进行工作的人员要熟悉设备的安装、调试、投入运行的步骤和要求，以及对可能出现的各种紧急情况采取相应的措施，并要求必须具备以下条件：

1.本设备带有危险电压,设备上电后在运行和操作时，不得打开电柜门和电器控制箱以免触电带来危险。

使用设备的安全注意事项：
Securitynoticeforoperation:
1、本机在投入运行之前，必须进行无负荷试车和负荷试车。

一、提升机的用途及特点Purposeandcharacteristics
NE型板链斗式提升机是我厂在TB型板链斗式提升机的基础上，吸收国外同类产品的先进技术开发出的一种应用极广的垂直提升设备。
适用于向上输送各种物料，如煤粉、砂、水泥、生料粉等。
该斗提机具有以下明显的特点：

1、输送范围广，该型斗提机即可提升一般粉状、颗料状和块状物料，又可提升磨琢性较大的物料，且物料温度最高可达到250℃。

NE系列板链式提升机由上部区段、中部机壳、下部区段、运行部件、驱动装置、检修平台和吊架组成。
NEseriesplatechainbucketelevatoriscomposedofuppersection,middlecasing,lowersection,movingmembers,drivingunit,maintenanceplatformandhangingracks.
1.上部区段，由传动链轮及带有轨道（双排链）的上部机壳、卸料口组成。
Uppersectioncomposedofdrivingsprocket,uppercasingwithrails（doublechain）anddischargingoutlet.
2.中部机壳（非标准节）L=0.5～2.5米，一般安装在上部区段下第一或第二节中部机壳。
Middlecasing（nonstandard）L=0.5～2.5minstalledordinarilyatthefirstorsecondpitchundertheuppersection.
3.中部机壳（标准节）L=2.5米
Middlesection（standard）L=2.5m
4.中部机壳（带检视门）L=2.5米。

5.下部区段，由安装有导料槽的进料口和张紧装置等组成。
NE15～NE50采用弹簧张紧，NE100～NE800采用配重箱张紧

四、提升机的搬运、安装和废品处理Moving,installationanddisposal
1、提升机的搬运、吊装Movingandhoistingofthebucketelevator
本机按照GBn193-83《出口机械电工仪器仪表产品包装通用技术条件》采用裸装形
式，底部固定可以滑动，可用铲车吊车进行装卸。

2、提升机的安装说明Installationspecification
2.1、安装前的准备工作Preparationbeforeinstallation
在正式安装设备之前必须作好以下准备工作：
