ERECTIONALLRISKSINSURANCEPOLICY

GeneralExclusions

TheInsurerswillnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorarisingoutoforaggravatedby

a）war,invasion,actofforeignenemy,hostilities（whetherwarbedeclaredornot）,civilwar,rebellion,revolution,insurrection,mutiny,riot,strike,lock-out,civilcommotion,militaryorusurpedpower,agroupofmaliciouspersonsorpersonsactingonbehalfoforinconnectionwithanypoliticalorganization,conspiracy,confiscation,commandeering,requisitionordestructionordamagebyorderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthority;

b）nuclearreaction,nuclearradiationorradioactivecontamination;

c）willfulactorwillfulnegligenceoftheInsuredorofhisrepresentatives;

d）cessationofworkwhethertotalorpartial.

Inanyaction,suitorotherproceedingwheretheInsurersallegethatbyreasonoftheprovisionsofExclusiona）aboveanyloss,destruction,damageorliabilityisnotcoveredbythisinsurancetheburdenofprovingthatsuchloss,destruction,damageorliabilityiscoveredshallbeupontheinsured.

PeriodofCover

TheliabilityoftheInsurersshallcommencenotwithstandinganydatetothecontraryspecifiedintheSchedule,directlyuponcommencementofworkoraftertheunloadingoftheitemsenteredintheScheduleatthesiteandshallcontinueuntilimmediatelyaftertakingoverorafterthefirsttestoperationortestloadingiscompletedwhateveristheearlier.If,however,apartofaplantoroneorseveralmachine（s）is/aretestedand/orputintooperationortakenover,thecoverforthatparticularpartoftheplantormachine（s）andanyliabilityresultingtherefromceaseswhereasthecovercontinuesfortheremainingparts.

Inthecaseofsecond-handitems,theinsurancehereundershall,however,ceaseimmediatelyonthecommencementofthetest.

AtthelatesttheinsuranceshallexpireonthedatespecifiedintheSchedule.AnyextensionsofthePeriodofInsurancearesubjecttothepriorwrittenconsentoftheInsurers.

GeneralConditions

1.ThedueobservanceandfulfillmentofthetermsofthisPolicyinsofarastheyrelatetoanythingtobedoneorcompliedwithbytheInsuredandthetruthofthestatementsandanswersinthequestionnaireandproposalmadebytheInsuredshallbeaconditionprecedenttoanyliabilityoftheInsurers.

2.TheScheduleandtheSection（s）shallbedeemedtobeincorporatedinandformpartofthisPolicyandtheexpression"thisPolicy"whereverusedinthiscontractshallbereadasincludingtheScheduleandtheSection（s）.AnywordorexpressiontowhichaspecificmeaninghasbeenattachedinanypartofthisPolicyoroftheScheduleoroftheSection（s）shallbearsuchmeaningwhereveritmayappear.

3.TheinsuredshallathisownexpensetakeallreasonableprecautionsandcomplywithallreasonablerecommendationsoftheInsurerstopreventloss,damageorliabilityandcomplywithstatutoryrequirementsandmanufacturers'recommendations.

4.a）RepresentativesoftheInsurersshallatanyreasonabletimehavetherighttoinspectandexaminetheriskandtheInsuredshallprovidetherepresentativesoftheInsurerswithalldetailsandinformationnecessaryfortheassessmentoftherisk.

b）TheInsuredshallimmediatelynotifytheInsurersbytelephoneorEmailandinwritingofanymaterialchangeintheriskandcauseathisownexpensesuchadditionalprecautionstobetakenascircumstancesmayrequire,andthescopeofcoverand/orpremiumshall,ifnecessary,beadjustedaccordingly.

NomaterialalterationshallbemadeoradmittedbytheInsuredwherebytheriskisincreased,unlessthecontinuanceoftheinsu
