OfferedduringthespringandsummerforpeoplewithanyskilllevelinFrench,theExploreProgramsarelanguageprogramswhichallowyoutodiscoveranotherregionofCanadawhilelearningFrench.Thereisathree-weekExplore(from13to15yearsold)programandanExploreprogramifyou'reastudent16yearsoldorolder.

FUNDING

Thethree-weekExploreprogram:

$2,000(taxableincome).

TheExploreprogramfor16+yearolds:

$2,800(taxableincome).

Thefundingcoversthemajorexpensesforparticipatingintheprogram:

tuition,teachingtertials,workshops,meals,hotel,andmostofyouractivities.Asidefrompersonalspend-money(forsnacksorsouvenirs,etc.)youwillneedtocoverregistrationfeesandtravelexpenses.

ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA(资格标准)

InordertoqualifyfortheExplore(from13to15yearsofage)funding,youmust:

---beaCanadiancitizenorresident(thosestudyinginCanadaasastudent);

---be13,14or15yearsoldbythetimeyourExplore(from13to15yearsofage)coursegins;andhavebeenafull-timestudentforatleastonetermduringthecurrentschoolyear.

ThereisnoagelimitforparticipationinOdyssey,butyouneedtomeetalltheothereligiblerequirementsintheExploreprogram.TherearenoFrench-language-skillrequirementsapplyfortheOdysseyprogram.
