三，解疑释惑：

由that，if和whether引导的宾语从句。

1.可跟that从句作宾语的动词有：

saythinkbelievewonderknowagreefeelreport等等。

注意：

当谓语动词是thinkbelieve等词时，而宾语从句的意思是否定时，常把否定转移到主句表示。

Eg.Ithinkitisrightforyoutodothat.------Idon’tthinkitisrightforyoutodothat.

2.由if和whether引导的宾语从句，是由一般疑问句演变而来的，翻译成“是否”，从句用陈述句语序。

Eg.Idon’tknowif（whether）theywillcometoourparty.
