OperativeClauses

具体权利义务条款

Article1

TheClientherebyappointstheArchitectandtheArchitectherebyacceptstheappointmentfortheProjectand,inconsiderationoftheClientcarryingoutitsobligationsunderthisAgreementandpayingtotheArchitecttheFees,theArchitectwillperformtheServicesonthebasisoftheseArticlesofAgreementandSchedules（whichtogethercomprisetheAgreement）.

发包人在此委任设计人，设计人在此接受委任，从事该项目，并且鉴于发包人履行其在本协议下的义务并向设计人支付费用，设计人将根据本协议的条款及附件（共同构成“本协议”）提供服务。
