1．遵循“诚信第一”的认证基本原则，承诺遵守国家有关法律法规和公安部消防产品合格评定中心（以下简称CCCF）制定的强制性产品认证实施规则的所有要求及认证程序；

2．提供的所有资料均真实有效，否则承担由此引起的一切法律责任；

3．始终遵守认证计划安排的有关规定；

4．为进行评价作出必要的安排，包括配合检查组的工作、允许检查组进入需进行检查的区域、查阅所有的记录（包括内部审核报告、人员评价文件等）、提供必要的交通工具等；

5．按合同规定和相关规定，及时缴纳各项费用，及时从“中国消防产品信息网”获取相关信息；

6．按有关法律法规、规章的要求，正确使用证书和标志；

7．谨慎使用产品认证结果，不损害公安部消防产品合格评定中心的声誉；不对社会产生误导，不未经许可发表声明；

8．当证书被暂停、撤销、中止认证程序时，立即停止涉及认证内容的广告及宣传，并按要求将所有认证文件（至少应包含认证证书及型式检验报告）交回公安部消防产品合格评定中心，封存认证标志；

9．在传播媒体中对产品认证内容的引用，应符合国家的相关要求。
