从系统功能语法的角度分析《玩偶之家》

以韩礼德为代表的功能语法是当前最有生命力,最有朝气的理论。

从二十世纪七十年代兴起至今，已越来越为广大语言学家所重视。

本文根据选择能表达和深化作品主题意义和美学效果的语言结构为原则，尝试运用韩礼德等人的功能语法的理论和方法，即从概念功能，人际功能，语篇功能三个方面分析挪威著名的戏剧学家易卜生的名著《玩偶之家》，以阐明作家在《玩偶之家》中如何通过语言的选择，达到深化作品的主题意义和传达美学效果的目的，让广大读者从功能语法这一新的角度更好地理解作品，领会易卜生及其作品的魅力。

本篇论文从及物性、语气系统、主位系统三个方面分析了《玩偶之家》的对话。

本文通过及物性对娜拉和海尔姆茂的语言结构进行分析，展示他俩之间的矛盾关系以及娜拉如何认识海尔姆茂的本质，并最终独立。

本文运用语气系统理论分析了剧中人物性格。

最后本文分析了人物语言的主位模式，展示说话者如何组织语言更好地传达意义。

Systemic-functionalgrammar,asthemostvitalandvigoroustheorynowadays,appearedin1970’s,andnowitisgettingmoreandmorelinguists’attention.

Basedontheprincipleofchoosingthelanguagestructurewhichisabletoconveyandstrengthenthemesandaestheticeffectsofworks,thisthesis,fromtheperspectivesoftheideational,theinterpersonalandthetextualfunctions,makesastudyonthedramaADoll’sHousewrittenbyNorwegiandramatistHenrikIbsen,illustratinghowheconveysandstrengthensthemesandaestheticeffectsthroughhischoiceoflanguagestructureinthedramaandenablingthereaderfromthenewperspectivetobetterunderstandthisplayandtoappreciatetheattractionofIbsen’sworks.

ADoll’sHouseiswritteninarealisticstyleandittellsthedisruptionofamiddle-classmarriageandshowsNora’sjourneyfromanoppresseddollwifetohereventualindependence.

ThisthesisanalysesthedialoguesofADoll’sHousefromtheperspectivesoftransitivity,MoodsystemandThemesystem.ByapplyingtransitivitytotheanalysisoftheconversationsbetweenNoraandTorvald,thisthesisdepictstheconflictingrelationshipbetweenthemandhowNorarecognizesthenatureofherhusbandandeventuallybecomesindependent.AndthenthroughtheanalysisofMoodsystem,thispartillustratesthepersonalitiesofthecharacters.Atlast,thisthesisanalyzesthethematicpatternsofcertaincharacters’languagetoillustratehowthespeakersexpresstheirmeaningssufficiently.
