2.1OTHERWISE

⏹Otherwise在法律英语中的用法：

⏹跟unless引导的句子（让步状语从句）连用，意为“除非另有……”；

⏹置放在连词or之后使用，表示列举的严密性：

“，或者其他方面”；

⏹与than一起，通常用来否定句子的主语，意为“除……以外”。

⏹InthisOrdinance,unlessthecontextotherwiserequires,"state"meansaterritoryorgroupofterritorieshavingitsownlawofnationality.
