Nearlyhalfschool-agedAfghanrefugeechildrendonˈtattendschoolinPakistan.Ms.AsifiwasateacherinKabulwhensheescapedwithherfamilyin1992.“InAfghanistanIwasteachingbothboysandgirls,”shesaid.“WhenIleftAfghanistanandendedupinthisrefugeevillagewithmyfamily,Iwassadtofindouttherewerenofacilities(设施)here,particularlyforwomenandgirls.”
