SwitchingPowerSupplyDesign

Switchingpowersupplyworkinhighfrequency,highpulsestate,areanalogcircuitsinaratherspecialkind.Clothboardstofollowtheprincipleofhigh-frequencycircuitwiring.

First,layout:

Generaltheoutputcapacitorcanbeusedtheothertwoacloserectifieroutputterminalshouldbecloseto,canaffectthepowersupplyoutputrippleindex,twosmallcapacitorinparallelresultsshouldbebetterthanusingalargecapacitor.Heatingdevicestomaintainacertaindistance,andelectrolyticcapacitorstoextendmachinelife,electrolyticcapacitorsistheswitchingpowersupplybottlenecklife,suchastransformers,powercontrol,highpowerresistorsandelectrolytictomaintainthedistancerequiredbetweentheelectrolyteleavingspaceforheatdissipation,conditionspermitting,maybeplacedintheinlet.

Single-sided,themarketcirculationofalmostuniversalswitchingpowersupplyusingsingle-sidedcircuitboard,whichhastheadvantageoflowercostsinthedesignandproductiontechnologyarealsotakensomemeasurestoensureitsperformance.

SinglePCBdesigntodaytotalkaboutsomeexperience,asasinglepanelwithlowcost,easy-to-manufacturefeatures,theswitchingpowersupplycircuithasbeenwidelyused,becauseofitssidetiedonlycopper,thedevice'selectricalconnections,mechanicalfixationshouldrelyonthecopperlayer,theprocessingmustbecareful.

Toensuregoodperformanceofthemechanicalstructurewelding,single-sidedpadshouldbeslightlylargertoensurethatthecopperandsubstratetiedgoodfocus,andthuswillnotbeshockedwhenthecopperstrip,brokenoff.Generalweldingringwidthshouldbegreaterthan0.3mm.Paddiametershouldbeslightlylargerthanthediameterofthedevicepins,butnottoolarge,toensurepinandpadbythesolderconnectionbetweentheshortestdistance,plateholesizeshouldnothinderthenormalconditionsforthedegreeofinvestigation,thepaddiameterisgenerallygreaterthanpindiameter0.1-0.2mm.Multi-pindevicetoensureasmoothinvestigationdocumentscanalsobelarger.

Electricalconnectionshouldbeaswideaspossible,inprinciple,shouldbelargerthanthewidthofpaddiameter,specialcircumstancesshouldbeconnectedinlinewiththeneedtowidentheintersectionpad(commonlyknownasGenerationtears),toavoidbreakingcertainconditions,lineandpad.Principleofminimumlinewidthshouldbegreaterthan0.5mm.

Single-boardcomponentstobeclosetothecircuitboard.Needoverheadcoolingdevicetodeviceandcircuitboardbetweenthepinspluscasing,canplayasupportingdeviceandincreasethedualroleofinsulationtominimizeoravoidexternalshocksonthepadandthepinjunctionimpactandenhancethefirmnessofwelding.Circuitboardsupportingtheweightoflargepartscanincreasetheconnectionpoint,canenhancejointstrengthbetweenthecircuitboard,suchastransformers,powerdeviceheatsink.

Single-sidedweldingpinswithoutaffectingthesurfaceandtheshellspacingofthepriorconditions,itcanbetostaylonger,theadvantageofincreasedstrengthofweldedparts,increaseweldareaandimmediatelyfoundaWeldphenomenon.Shearpinlonglegs,theweldingforcesmallerparts.InTaiwan,theJapaneseoftenusethedevicepinsintheweldingareaandthecircuitboardwasbent45degrees,andthenweldingprocess,itsreasoningIbid.Doublepaneltodaytotalkaboutthedesignofsomeoftheissues,inrelativelyhighnumberofrequests,ortakethelinedensityofthelargerapplicationenvironmentsusingdouble-sidedPCB,itsperformanceandvariousindicatorsofalotbetterthanasinglepanel.

Two-panelpadasholeshavebeenhighintensitymetalprocessing,weldingringsmallerthanasinglepanel,thepadholediameterslightlylargerindiameterthanpins,asintheweldingprocesssoldersolutionconducivetopenetratethroughthetopholesolderpadtoincreasetheweldingreliability.Butthereisadisadvantageiftheholeistoolarge,wavesolderingtinwhenthejetimpactinthelowerpartofthedevicemaygoup,havesomeflaws.

Highcurrenthandlingofalignment,linewidthinaccordancewithpre-quoteprocessing,suchasthewidthisnotenoughtogoonlineingeneralcanbeusedtoincreasethethicknessoftinplatingsolution,themethodhasagoodvarietyof

1.Willtakethelinesettopadproperty,sothatwhenthecircuitboardmanufacturingsolderalignmentwillnotbecovered,thewholehotairnormallybetinplated.

Double-sidedcircuitboardforthelayout,thealignmentprovidesaveryselective,makewiringmorereasonable.Ontheground,thepowergroundandsignalgroundmustbeseparated,thetwotoconvergeinfiltercapacitors,inordertoavoidalargepulsedcurrentthroughthesignalgroundconnectioninstabilitycausedbyunexpectedfactors,thesignalcontrolcircuitgroundingpointasfaraspossible,askill,asfaraspossiblethealignmentofthenon-groundedwiringlayerinthesameplace,thelastshopinanotherlayerofearth.Outputlinethroughthefiltercapacitors,thegeneralfirst,andthentotheload,inputlinemustalsopasscapacitor,tothetransformer,thetheoreticalbasisistoripplethroughtripfiltercapacitor.

Voltagefeedbacksampling,inordertoavoidhighcurrentthroughthealignmentofthefeedbackvoltageonthesamplingpointmustbethemostperipheralpoweroutputtoincreasetheloadeffectoftargetmachine.

Alignmentchangefromawiringlayertoanotherwiringlayergenerallyusedholeconnected,notthroughthepinpaddevicetoachieve,becausethepluginthedevicemaybedamagedwhentherelationshipbetweenthisconnection,thereiscurrentineverypassageof1A,atleasttwothrough-hole,throughholediameterisgreaterthantheprincipleof0.5mm,0.8mmgenerallyprocessedensurereliability.
