Abstract

TheresearchsubjectofthistherearesomeproblemsinChina'seducationcausedbythelackofbusinessethics,mainlysummarizedasthesefourpoints.Thefirstproblemisthattheenterprisestakeeducationasatoolforcapitalanddonotinvestenoughinimprovingthequalityofeducation.Thesecondoneistheunreasonablecharge.Thethirdoneisthelowqualityeducationalservicesandthelastoneisthefraudulentschoolrunning.Thisthesisgivesexamplesoftheseproblemsandanalyzestheirharmtoeducation.Thereasonfortheseproblemsisthelackofbusinessethicsintheindustry,andthethreemainreasonscanexplainthephenomenonthatlackofbusinessethicsintheindustryasfollows:

theawarenessofR&Dineducationalenterprisesisweakerthanthatofpublicity.Thepubliceducationdoesnotplayaleadingroletheindustry;thereisalackoflawsandregulationsthatenoughtomeetthecurrentneedonmarketconstraints.Intheend,thisthesisstatesthesignificanceofbusinessethicstotheeducation.

摘要

本文的研究对象为中国的教育行业存在的一些由于缺少商业道德而导致的问题，主要有以下四个方面的问题。

第一个问题是从业者将教育事业当成纯粹的资本工具，没有在提升教育质量上有足够的投入；第二个问题是不合理的收费；第三个问题是质量不高的教学服务；第四个问题是欺诈性办学。

本文对这些问题进行举例说明，分析其对教育事业的危害。

造成这些问题的原因是行业内的商业道德意识不足，造成行业内的商业道德意识不足的主要有这三个：

教育企业的研发意识弱于宣传意识；公办教育事业没有起到有效的行业引领作用；当前缺乏完善的法律法规对市场的约束。

最后，本文综合前文的分析陈述了商业道德对教育行业的意义。

Inrecentyears,educationisgraduallybecominganimportantexpenditurefordomesticfamilies.Accordingtothe2019DomesticFamilychildren'sEducationInvestmentSurveyfromNASDAQ:

JOBS.Thereare38.8%domesticfamiliesspendtheir20%-30%incometotheirchildren’seducationeachyears.Accordingofthisphenomenon,wecanseethattheeducationofChinahasalargescale.AccordingtotheChinaEducationResearchReport2019,investmentineducationisgrowingat43.9%ayear.Taketheextracurriculartutoringmarketinsecondaryschoolsandprimaryasanexample.Withthedevelopmentofthemarket,someproblemsaregraduallyexposed.suchaswithoutthestrictgovernmentsupervision,manykindsofcompetitionbetweentheeachMarketparticipants,theappearanceofventurecapital,lackofeffectiveevaluationforteachingquality.,especiallythelackofunderstandingofthis"newthing"inChina'sacademiccircles,withoutauthoritativetheoreticaldiscussion.[1].Theseproblemsshowthatthereisanunhealthytendencyofthisindustry.

1.2Thesignificanceofthesubject

Thedevelopmentoftheeconomymakesknowledgebecameakeyadvantage,moreandmorepeoplebegantorealizethevalueoftheknowledge.Nearlytenmillionpeoplejointhecollegeentranceexaminationeveryyear.Andtherearemanypeopleneedtopasstheforeignlanguageexaminationforstudyabroad,topasstheindustryaccessexaminationsandskillscertificationtogetthejob.Therefore,inadditiontothegovernment-runschools,variouseducationindustriestomeettheneedsofdifferentpeoplecameintobeing.Inessence,therearemutualcontradictionbetweenthecommercialbehaviorofseekingprofitandthethepublicserviceofaimtoensurefair.Facingthehugeprofitmarginsinthedomesticmarket,competitionwithintheindustryisinevitable.Theviciousbusinesscompetitionwilldroptheservicestandardandqualityoftheindustryandthebettereducationalresourcecannotenterintoit.

Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethesignificanceofbusinessethicstotheboomingeducation.Itisthekeytothelong-termandhealthydevelopmentofeducationtodealwiththerelationshipbetweenenterprisebenefitsandsocialbenefits.Hopingtheresearchresults
