是指商家与商家建立的商业关系.例如我们在麦当劳中只能够买到可口可乐是因为麦当劳与可口可乐中的商业伙伴的关系.商家们建立商业夥伴的关系是希望通过大家所提供的东西来形成一个互补的发展机会,大家的生意都可以有利润。

business-to-customer,这种形式的电子商务一般以网络零售业为主，主要借助于Internet开展在线销售活动。

例如经营各种书籍、鲜花、计算机、通信用品等商品，B2C网站的代表是亚马逊,是以公司向顾客销售的经营模式。

customer-to-customer,现在大家应该知道c2c的意思就是消费者（consumer）与消费者（consumer）之间的电子商务。

打个比方，比如一个消费者的有一台旧电脑，通过网上拍卖，把它卖给另外一个消费者，这种交易类型就称为c2c电子商务。

最先由美国流行起来的消费者对企业（C2B）模式也许是一个值得关注的尝试。

C2B模式的核心，是通过聚合为数庞大的用户形成一个强大的采购集团，以此来改变B2C模式中用户一对一出价的弱势地位，使之享受到以大批发商的价格买单件商品的利益。

目前国内很少厂家真正完全采用这种模式。

最好的例子就是eBay,客户之间自己把东西放上网去卖。
