独立基础土方开挖施工技术交底

1.                   概述

本工程土方开挖为独立基础土方开挖;采用小断面开挖,采用挖掘机进行开挖;

开挖深度的确定:

a.原始地面低于±0.000,从原始地面下挖咨询确定的开挖深度;b.原始地面高于±0.000,需从原始地面开挖至±0.000,然后从±0.000下挖1m(以确保基础柱最低高度为350mm),但总开挖深度应满足咨询要求。

2.                   主要施工机具

施工机械有:

挖掘机。

一般机具有:

铁锹、小白线或20#铅丝、水准仪等。

3.                   作业条件

3.1                土方开挖前,将施工区域内的地上、地下障碍物清除和处理完毕。

3.2                建筑物的位置或场地的定位控制线(桩)、标准水平桩及基槽的灰线尺寸,必须经过检验合格;合理安排开挖的土料的堆放场地。

3.3                夜间施工,施工场地应根据需要安装照明设施,在危险地段应设置明显标志。

3.4                开挖低于地下水位的基坑(槽),管沟时,应根据当地工程地质资料,采取措施降低地下水位,一般要降至低于开挖底面的0.5m,然后再开挖。

4.                   工艺流程

场地清理→放线→机械开挖→人工修边、基底找平

²        放线

根据现场轴线控制桩,拉通线,按照图纸设计确定房屋各轴线位置。

由轴线位置和基础设计尺寸确定开挖范围,基础四周要预留工作面。

撒白灰,标定开挖线。

²        机械开挖

利用挖掘机进行基础开挖。

严格控制基底标高,并预留5-10cm土层。

²        人工基底找平

机械开挖在接近槽底时,用水准仪控制标高,预留5-10cm土层人工开挖,以防止超挖。

在基础施工前,人工将预留土层挖出,整平至设计标高。

5.                   施工规范、规程、质量标准

5.1                参考规范

建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范,执行标准GB50202-2002。

5.2                质量标准

基坑、基槽、管沟和场地的基土土质必须符合设计要求,并严禁扰动。
