扶贫年度工作总结【一】（Annualworksummaryofpovertyalleviation[1]）

20xx年以来，省监狱在开展结对帮扶工作中，与新郑市镇村结成对子，双方在上级党政组织的关怀与支持下，坚持求真务实、开拓创新的原则，精心组织，周密安排结对帮扶工作，取得显著成效。

现将此项工作总结如下：

一、提高认识，切实加强对结对帮扶工作的组织领导（1.Raiseawarenessandearnestlystrengthentheorganizationandleadershipofpairingassistance）

开展结对帮扶活动是落实科学发展观，加强社会主义文明建设、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要措施和有效组织形式。

监狱党委高度重视，成立以党组书记、局长陈峰亮任组长的驻村帮扶工作领导小组，明确主管行政后勤工作的监狱领导主抓此项工作，监狱办公室为具体联系单位，分工具体，职责明确。

工作中我们坚持做到“四有”、“五落实”，即有组织领导、有阶段性计划、有实施方案、有检查督导;落实时间、落实地点、落实人员、落实主题、落实资金，以此推动结对帮扶工作的规范化和制度化运作。

二、调查摸底，确保结对帮扶工作有序进行（2.Investigatethebottomlinetoensuretheorderlyexecutionofpairedassistance）

良好的基础工作是干好工作的前提。

驻村后，为吃透情况，理清工作思路，我们认真搞好摸底调查，一是坚持不吃请、不扰民，决不给群众增加任何负担，真正做到了深入群众。

二是通过召开座谈会、走访群众，深入田间地头，访贫问苦了解情况，与农民面对面沟通思想，交流感情真正了解群众所急、所盼、所想的难点、热点问题，寻找问题，分析问题的根源，研究解决问题的办法。

在深入调研、统筹协调的基础上，制定了详细的计划，并将结对帮扶活动与监狱开展的“讲、树、促”等活动结合起来，做到相辅相成，相得益彰。

通过不断交流信息，增进了相互的感情，促进了帮扶工作的顺利开展。

三、制定计划，落实帮扶措施（3.Developplansandimplementassistancemeasures）

监狱制定了切实可行的结对帮扶计划，理出帮扶工作思路，确保各项工作落到实处，有针对性地开展了各项帮扶活动。

一是开展为帮扶村“献爱心、送温暖、”捐款活动。

积极为20户特困户送去米面油及救济金等2万余元，为贫困群众解除后顾之忧。

二是积极扶持村图书室建设。

为村里捐赠图书100多册，包括农业科技、儿童读物、百科知识等，丰富群众的精神文化生活。

四、精心组织，坚持做好精神文明帮扶（4.Organizemeticulouslyandpersistinhelpingwithspiritualcivilization）

在工作中，坚持既扶贫，又扶志。

不仅从物质上给予帮助，更从思想上进行帮扶，帮助他们转变思想观念，树立自强、自立意识。

1、抓好党员干部队伍学习教育。

加强基层组织建设，是做好基层各项工作的根本保证。

针对农村个别党员、干部年龄老化、思想僵化、发展意识不强等问题，我们把党员干部队伍的思想和学习教育作为村级班子建设要害环节，主要采取了以下几种方式：

一是坚持党员、干部学习日制度。

组织党员、干部学习政策理论、法律法规和上级有关文件精神，正确领会党的农村工作政策。

二是坚持各种会议、座谈会形式学习教育。

每逢村委、支部重大事宜，以召开专题会议、座谈会等，我们集中党员进行各项有关文件内容的学习。

三是利用各种培训形式。

如开展了农村实用技术培训、农村政策法规培训和法规法纪、科技文化培训以及精神文明培训。

2、实行村务政务公开，健全民主治理制度。

由各生产组推选代表，支部主要成员参加，主要职责是核查村组帐务收支情况，并定期张榜公布，加强村组财务治理。

二是健全村民议事代表小组。

代表由各村民组推举产生，主要职责是监督和决定村重大活动和投资建设事宜，积极协助做好村务工作。

三是实行了计划生育系列工作、宅基地审批修建、财务收支“三公开”，每半年张榜公布一次，接受全村干部群众监督。

3、突出抓好文明建设工作。

今年4月中旬至6月中旬，我们积极配合村支部，全面加强了农村文明建设工作。

充分利用广播、电视录相、标语、专栏、会议、座谈等方式方法，宣传文明建设的重大意义，做到人人皆知，家喻户晓。

在此基础上，加强对村民进行法律法规、村规民约教育，努力克服消除文明建设工作中出现的不利因素和不良现象，取得较好效果。

五、工作中存在的不足及打算（5.Deficienciesandplansinthework）

虽然我们在三里岗村结对帮扶工作中取得了一些成绩，但也存着不少问题：
