四年级英语教学计划下
仲院中心小学2012-2013学年度春学期四年级英语教学计划表
班级概况:
通过三年级一年的英语学习,四年级学生已有一定的基础,大部分学生有着浓厚的兴趣,渴望通过新学期的学习获得更多的知识,以丰富自己的交际内容,提高交际能力。
当然也有少数学生因种种不同的原因,如学习态度,家庭原因等方面的原因,逐渐在学习上又困难。
本学期主要教学内容:

存在问题:
1.因为年龄、缺少家庭与学校沟通的原因,缺乏自觉性。
2.上课注意力不集中。
3.作业不能认真完成。
4.缺乏对英语的学习兴趣。
拟采取的措施:
1.了解父母的工作地址及电话,如实反映他孩子的思想学习情况,引起家长重视,平时与他们多交流。
2.与特殊学生进行个别谈话,了解他们的内心世界在想什么,鼓励他们树立信心,激发学习的热情,学中作乐,乐中去学。
3.多表扬,少批评,学生有丁点进步,给与表扬,对学生学习上的问题,多提问,多辅导,明确班上的好学生专门负责。
4.加强兴趣引导,力争让更多的同学不畏英语,喜欢英语,在英语中注入快乐的元素,而加强兴趣引导。
5.提高课堂教学效率,个人做好英语教学研究,
6.抓差培优做好平衡发展,对后进生争取得到进一步发展提高,让不同的人在英语上得到不同的发展,并做好补差记录
