四年级英语教学计划下
仲院中心小学2012-2013学年度春学期四年级英语教学计划表
班级概况：
通过三年级一年的英语学习，四年级学生已有一定的基础，大部分学生有着浓厚的兴趣，渴望通过新学期的学习获得更多的知识，以丰富自己的交际内容，提高交际能力。
当然也有少数学生因种种不同的原因，如学习态度，家庭原因等方面的原因，逐渐在学习上又困难。
本学期主要教学内容：

存在问题：
1.因为年龄、缺少家庭与学校沟通的原因，缺乏自觉性。
2.上课注意力不集中。
3.作业不能认真完成。
4．缺乏对英语的学习兴趣。
拟采取的措施：
1．了解父母的工作地址及电话，如实反映他孩子的思想学习情况，引起家长重视，平时与他们多交流。
2．与特殊学生进行个别谈话，了解他们的内心世界在想什么，鼓励他们树立信心，激发学习的热情，学中作乐，乐中去学。
3．多表扬，少批评，学生有丁点进步，给与表扬，对学生学习上的问题，多提问，多辅导，明确班上的好学生专门负责。
4．加强兴趣引导，力争让更多的同学不畏英语，喜欢英语，在英语中注入快乐的元素，而加强兴趣引导。
5．提高课堂教学效率，个人做好英语教学研究，
6．抓差培优做好平衡发展，对后进生争取得到进一步发展提高，让不同的人在英语上得到不同的发展，并做好补差记录
