Roadadaptivealgorithmdesignofhalfcaractivesuspensionsystem
useofmulti-attributeauctionshasbeenconsolidatingasapowerfulmechanisminprocurementsettingswheremultipledriversaffectthetransactionoutcome.Thispaperprovidesaprojectmanagementapproachformulti-attributeauctiondesignforstandardizedengineeringservicesprocurementinthecontextofnewproductdevelopmentinautomotiveindustry.Twovariablesaretakenintoaccountinthebiddingprocess:
priceanddurationofthegivenengineeringactivity.Fromatheoreticalviewpoint,wefullydetermineoptimalsuppliers’biddingstrategiesandexpectedoutcomes,i.e.score/utility,priceandduration,forthebuyerunderbothfirstscoresealedbidandsecondscoresealedbidauctions.Weshowthatthistwoschemesareequivalentintermsofscore/utilityeveninpresenceofmulti-dimensionalsuppliers’privateinformation.Therefore,theycouldbeusedinterchangeably.Underaspecificscorefunction,wealsoperformasimulationshowingthat:
(i)auctionexpectedoutcomesfortheMainContractorareverysensitivewhendurationreductionisacriticalissueand(ii)numberofbiddersaffectsscoreandpricebutnotduration.

Abstract
Thispaperfocusesonecodesignanditsapplicationinthefootwearindustryaimingtoidentifyhowtheecodesigncanbeappliedtotheredesignofashoecomponentinordertominimizetheenvironmentalimpactandsimultaneouslyreducecostsofproductionandassembling.Thefactorsthatinfluencetheuseofecodesign,thebenefitsandthedifficultieswerealsoinvestigated.Alongitudinalcasestudywasdevelopedinacompanythatproducesshoestiffeners.Theprocessofecodesignimplementationandthepracticesofecodesignconsideredduringtheproductredesignwereanalyzed.Acostreductionofabout10%wasobserved(inrelationtotheuseofnaturalfibersandpolymersinitscomposition–31%ofbiomassand69%offossilmaterial).Toxicmaterialswerecompletelyeliminatedandareductionofenergyconsumptionwasalsonoticed(duringtheinjectionprocess).Themaincontributionsofthisstudyare:
ecodesignconstructstobefurtherresearchedtheconjointanalysisoftechnologicalabilityandmarketpotentialinaredesignproject,andtherequirementstogainmanagerialsupportforaredesignproject.

Ascorporatesocialresponsibility(CSR)becomesanincreasinglymainstreampropositionforbusinessorganizations,itisbecomingincreasinglyimportanttodevelopsector-specificknowledgeaswellastoexploredifferentaspectsofthisconcept.Adoptinganissuesmanagementapproach,wehavediscussedthatunderstandingperceptionsandexpectationsofvariousdemographicsegmentsaboutbusinessperformancealongrelevantsocialandenvironmentalissuesisaresearchgapinthebroaderfieldofCSR.ThisisparticularlytrueforforestproductsindustryintheUSwherethereisverylittleresearchdoneinthefield.Forfillingthisgap,datawascollectedfromtheresidentswithinthestatesofWashington,Oregon,Idaho,andMontana.Resultsindicatethatvaryingdegreesofdifferencesexistindifferentdemographiccategories(gender,educationlevel,placeofresidence,andage).TheseresultshaveimportantimplicationsfortheUSforestproductssector,especiallyascompaniesformulatetheirsocio-environmentalstrategyandcommunication.

Patientsetméthodes
Nousavonsprocédéàuneétudetransversaleàviséeexploratricededeuxpopulationsauseindel’usinesituéeaunord-est(NE)delaRDC :
Ouvriers(n = 114)etcadres(n = 96).Lesdonnéesdenotreéchantillonglobal(n = 210)ontétérecueilliessurbased’unquestionnaireadministréauxtravailleursetportantsurlesmodesopératoires,lesexpositionsetleseffetssurlasanté.Lesoddsratio(OR)etleurintervalledeconfianceà95 %ontétéestimés.Unmodèlederégressionlogistiqueaétéréaliséenvued’estimerlesORajustéspourl’associationaccidentdetravailetcaractéristiquesindividuellesetsocio-organisationnelles.
Résultat
L’étudeamisenévidenceunnombreimportantd’AT(60,5 %)dansl’échantillonétudiédurantl’année2007.Lesvariablesétudiéessont :
l’âge(OR2,3[2,84–10,71])pourâgeinférieurouégalà38 ans ;l’ancienneté(OR1,95[1,27–1,97]).L’associationentrelasurvenuedel’accidentetlaconsommationd’alcool(55 %del’échantillon)ainsiquelaprisedecigarettes(28 %del’échantillon)aétéégalementmiseenévidence,lesORsontrespectivementde2,7(1,57–4,99)etde2,9(1,47–7,38).Lescaractéristiquessocio-organisationnellesprésententunORrespectivementde2,3(1,76–6,02)pourlestatutautravail,de1,9(1,64–9,40)pourlesconditionsdetravailetde1,7(1,20–3,61)pourlasatisfactionautravail.
Conclusion
LesfréquencesetlesORobservésdansnotreétudelaissentressortiruneassociationsignificativeentrelesfacteursindividuelsetorganisationnelsetlasurvenuedesATauseindel’entreprisetextile.Cesrésultats,lespremiersdanscedomaineenRDCdoiventcependantêtreconfrontésavecceuxd’autresétudesensantéautravaildansd’autresmilieux.Ainsi,nousrecommandonsunepriseenchargeglobaleparuneactionconcertéeentrelesdifférentspartenairesetlaprisedemesuresquidoiventêtreorganiséesconjointementsurleplanréglementaire,leplantechniqueetleplanmédical.
