significanceofthemainadvocatesofthenewwayoflife,heightenedawarenessandpublicparticipationinthecontinuationoflocalculturearetwoaspectsTopromoteahealthylifestyle.Greenbuildingratingsystem,thesocialsignificanceoftheprimaryadvocateahealthylifestyle,whichisbasedonthedesignandconstructionofgreenbuildingsasacommunityeducationprocess.Theprinciplesofgreenbuildingratingsystemistheeffectiveuseofresourcesandecologicalrulestofollow,basedonthehealthofbuildingspacetocreateandmaintainsustainabledevelopment.Theconceptofthepasttocorrectpeople'smisconceptionsaboutconsumerlifestyles,thatcannotblindlypursuematerialluxury,butshouldkeeptheenvironmentunderthepremiseofsustainableuseofmodestcomforttopursuelife.Fromthefundamentalterms,constructionistomeethumanneedsbuiltupofmaterialgoodsaspeople'slifestyleisnotsustainablewhen,thevalueofgreenbuildingitselfwillbereduced,butonlyhadarealsocialneedWhentherequirementsofsustainabledevelopmentandwayoflifethatmatchesthegreenbuildingtoachievethebestresultsEnhancedawarenessofpublicparticipation.GreenBuildingRatingsystemisnotamonopolyforthedesignstaffofprofessionaltools,butforplanners,designers,engineers,managers,developers,propertyowners,jointlyownedbythepublicandotherassessmenttools.Itbrokesthepreviousprofessionaldevelopmentofthemonopolytoencouragetheparticipationofthepublic
andotherpublicofficers.Throughpublicparticipation,theintroductionofarchitectsandotherbuildingusers,theconstructionofdialogueparticipants,makingtheoriginaldesignprocessdominatedbythearchitectbecomesmoreopen.Provedtheinvolvementofvariousviewsandagoodhelptocreateadynamicculture,embodysocialjusticecommunity3.3TheeconomicsignificanceGreenbuildingratingsystem,theeconomicsignificancecanbedividedintomacroandmicrolevels.Atthemacrolevel,thegreenbuildingratingsystemfromthesystemlife-cycleperspective,thegreenbuildingdesignintegratedintotheeconomicissuesinvolvedintheproductionfromthebuildingmaterials,design,construction,operation,resourceuse,wastedisposal,recyclingofdemolitionuntilthenaturalresourcesthewholeprocess.Economicconsiderationsofgreenbuildingisnolongerlimitedtothedesignprocessitself,whilethepolicyextendedtothedesignofthenarrowroletoplaytosupportthepolicylevel,includingtheestablishmentof"greenlabeling"system,improvingtheconstructionenvironmentalauditandmanagementsystem,increaseandconstruction-relatedenergyconsumption,pollutantemissionsandotheractsoftaxefforts,improvethelegalsystemofenvironmentalprotection,fromtheincreaseingovernmentconstructionprojectsonthesustainabilityofeconomicsupportandraisethecosttotheconstructionofpollutingtheenvironmentactsasthecostsforgreenbuildingsdesignandconstructiontocreateafavorableexternal
environment.Thisgoalisnotentirelytheresponsibilityofgovernmentagencies,asthearchitectsinvolvedindesignworkasasoundsystemofresponsibilityforrecommendationsobligations,becauseonlythemostfromthepracticeoftheneedisrealandurgent.Therelatedpolicyissuesingreenbuildingdesignstrategies,buildingasystemtosolvetheeconomicproblemsfacingtheimportantaspects.Atthemicrolevel,thecurrentfromtheeconomicpointofDesignStrategyismorefullyconsidertheeconomicoperationoftheproject,andspecifictechnicalstrategiesaccordinglyadjusted3.4EthicalSignificanceGreenbuildingratingsystem,thetheoreticalbasisoftheconceptofsustainabledevelopment,therefore,whethertheevaluationsystemofeachcountryhowmuchdifferenceinstructure,theyallhaveonethingincommon:
Toreducetheburdenofecologicalenvironment,improveconstructionqualityoftheenvironmentforfuturegenerationstoremainthedevelopmentofroom.Thisradicallychangesthelong-soughthumanblindlytothenaturalattitude,reflectingpeople'sunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweenmanandnaturebytheoppositiontotheuniformchange.Accordingtothecurrentglobalenergyreservesandresourcesdistribution,theEarth'snaturalenvironmentisalsofarfromtheedgeofexhaustion,enoughpeopleenjoytheluxuryofcontemporarymateriallife.Butnowwehavetoconsumearesource,itmeansthatfuturegenerationswillbelessofalivingspace.M
