1.Whatisagreenbuilding

Greenbuildingreferstobuildinglifecycle,themaximumconservationofresources（energy,land,waterandmaterials）,protectingtheenvironmentandreducingpollution,providingpeoplewithhealthy,appropriateandefficientuseofspace,andnatureharmonyofthebuilding.Theso-calledgreenbuilding"green"doesnotmeanageneralsenseofthree-dimensionalgreen,roofgarden,butrepresentsaconceptorsymbol,referstobuildingenvironmentallyandfriendly,makesfulluseofnaturalresources,environmentandbasicecologicaldamagetotheenvironmentwithoutbalanceofabuildingunderconstruction,butalsoknownassustainablebuilding,eco-building,backintothewildconstruction,energysavingconstruction.

Thebasicconnotationofgreenbuildingcanbesummarizedas:

3.Developmentofthesignificanceofgreenbuildingratingsystem

EstablishgreenbuildingratingsystemisarevolutioninthefieldofarchitectureandtheEnlightenment,itsfarmorethanenergysavings.Itisinnovativeinmanywaysandorganicsynthesis,therebybuildinginharmonywithnature,fullutilizationofresourcesandenergy,createhealthy,comfortableandbeautifullivingspace.It'srevolutionaryforthefieldofarchitecturefromthetechnical,socialandeconomicangles.3.1TechnicalSignificance

Greenbuildingstudyofearlytechnicalproblemsofindividual-based,technologyisisolatedandone-sided,notformedanorganicwhole,theintegrationofdesignandeconomicstudyofconsciousnessisfarfromtheonlystrategyofeconomicanalysisphaseofthesubsidiary'sknowledge.However,individualtechnicalresearchresultsofearlymoderngreenbuildingtechniquesforthemulti-dimensionaldevelopmentandsystemsintegrationwilllayasolidfoundation.Sincetheninetiesofthe20thcentury,withtheunderstandingofgreenbuildinggraduallydeepenandmature,peoplegiveupwaytooutopianthinkingenvironmentalconsciousnessandmoralconstraintsandspontaneousgreenbehavior,turnedtoexploremoreworkableenvironmentalphilosophy,environmentalandcapitalcombinedintothefutureworldwiththenewdirectionofdevelopmentofenvironmentalprotection,greenbuildinghasenteredaresultofecologicalethicsfromthepracticeofpromotingecologicalresearchtodeepenthenewstage.GreenBuildingTechnologytakesonthenaturalscience,socialscience,humanities,computerscience,informationscienceandothersubjectsthetrendof

integrationofresearchresults,makinggreenbuildingdesignintothemulti-dimensionalstageofdevelopmentstrategystudy.Thedeepeningofgreenbuildingtechnologystrategyanddevelopmentinmaterials,equipment,morphologyandsoon.Variousadvancedfields,intechnologydevelopment,technologyandotherdesignelementsoftheintegrationisalsostartingfromthepastthesimpleaddition,moreattentiontotheperipheryoftheretainingstructureitselfdesigntechnologyandarchitecturetocombinetheoverallsystemchange,graduallybecominggreenbuildingsystems.Greenbuildingratingsystemwasestablishedgreenbuildingtechnologiesgraduallyimproveandsystematizetheinevitableresult,itistheorganicintegrationofgreenbuildingtechnology,aplatformbuilttogreenbuildingtechnology,informationtechnology,computertechnologyandmanyothersubjectscanbeaunifiedplatformintheirrespectiveroles,theestablishmentofacomprehensiveevaluationsystemfordesigners,planners,engineersandmanagersamoresimple,Guizhangmingquegreenbuildingassessmenttoolsanddesignguidelineswithclearrule.

3.2Thesocialsignificance.

Greenbuildingratingsystemreflectsthesocialsignificanceofthemainadvocatesofthenewwayoflife,heightenedawarenessandpublicparticipationinthecontinuationoflocalculturearetwoaspects.

Topromoteahealthylifestyle.Greenbuildingratingsystem,thesocialsignificanceoftheprimaryadvocateahealthylifestyle,whichisbasedonthedesignandconstructionofgreenbuildingsasacommunityeducationprocess.Theprinciplesofgreenbuildingratingsystemistheeffectiveuseofresourcesandecologicalrulestofollow,basedonthehealthofbuildingspacetocreateandmaintainsustainabledevelopment.Theconceptofthepasttocorrectpeople'smisconceptionsaboutconsumerlifestyles,thatcannotblindlypursuematerialluxury,butshouldkeeptheenvironmentunderthepremiseofsustainableuseofmodestcomforttopursuelife.Fromthefundamentalterms,constructionistomeethumanneedsbuiltupofmaterialgoodsaspeople'slifestyleisnotsustainablewhen,thevalueofgreenbuildingitself

willbereduced,butonlyhadarealsocialneedWhentherequirementsofsustainabledevelopmentandwayoflifethatmatchesthegreenbuildingtoachievethebestresults.

Enhancedawarenessofpublicparticipation.GreenBuildingRatingsystemisnotamonopolyforthedesignstaffofprofessionaltools,butforplanners,designers,engineers,managers,developers,propertyowners,jointlyownedbythepublicandotherassessmenttools.Itbrokesthepreviousprofessionaldevelopmentofthemonopolytoencouragetheparticipationofthepublicandotherpublicofficers.Throughpublicparticipation,theintroductionofarchitectsandotherbuildingusers,theconstructionofdialogueparticipants,makingtheoriginaldesignprocessdominatedbythearchitectbecomesmoreopen.Provedtheinvolvementofvariousviewsandagoodhelptocreateadynamicculture,embodysocialjusticecommunity.

3.3Theeconomicsignificance.

Greenbuildingratingsystem,theeconomicsignificancecanbedividedintomacroandmicrolevels.Atthemacrolevel,thegreenbuildingratingsystemfromthesystemlife-cycleperspective,thegreenbuildingdesignintegratedintotheeconomicissuesinvolvedintheproductionfromthebuildingmaterials,design,construction,operation,resourceuse,wastedisposal,recyclingofdemolitionuntilthenaturalresourcesthewholeprocess.Economicconsiderationsofgreenbuildingisnolongerlimitedtothedesignprocessitself,whilethepolicyextendedtothedesignofthenarrowroletoplaytosupportthepolicylevel,includingtheestablishmentof"greenlabeling"system,improvingtheconstructionenvironmentalauditandmanagementsystem,increaseandconstruction-relatedenergyconsumption,pollutantemissionsandotheractsoftaxefforts,improvethelegalsystemofenvironmentalprotection,fromtheincreaseingovernmentconstructionprojectsonthesustainabilityofeconomicsupportandraisethecosttotheconstructionofpollutingtheenvironmentactsasthecostsforgreenbuildingsdesignandconstructiontocreateafavorableexternalenvironment.Thisgoalisnotentirelytheresponsibilityofgovernmentagencies,asthearchitectsinvolvedindesignworkasasoundsystemofresponsibilityforrecommendationsobligations,

3.4EthicalSignificance.
