Thewatersupplysystemisthenationalproductionandlifeindispensableimportantoneannulus.Thetraditionalmethodofwatersupplyarea,waterpollution,infrastructureinvestment,butthemaindrawbackisthatwatercannotbekeptconstant,causingpartoftheequipmentcannotworknormally.VariablefrequencyspeedcontroltechnologyisanewmatureACmotorsteplessspeedregulatingtechnology,itsuniqueexcellentcontrolperformanceiswidelyappliedtothespeedcontrolfield,especiallyinwatersupplyindustry.Duetothesafetyinproductionandthewaterqualityofspecialneeds,forconstantpressurewatersupplywiththestringentrequirements,sothefrequencycontroltechnologyhasbeenmorein-depthapplication.Constantpressurewatersupplywaystoadvancedtechnology,constantpressure,convenientoperation,reliableoperation,energysaving,highdegreeofautomation,inpumpstationwatersupplycanperformthefollowingfunctions:
(1)tomaintainconstantpressure;
(2)thecontrolsystemcanbemanualorautomaticoperation;
(3)apluralityofpumpautomaticswitchoperation;
(4)systemofsleepandwake,whenpeoplestopwhenwater,thesystemisinasleepstate,untilthewaterdemandautomaticallywake;
(5)adjuststhePIDparametersonline;
(6)pumpunitandcircuitprotectiondetectionalarm,signaldisplay.
Theactualpressureofthepipenetworkfeedbackandagivenpressurewerecompared,whenthepressureofapipenetworkislow,increasetheoutputoffrequencyconverter,pumpspeedfaster,watersupplyquantityincreases,forcingthepipenetworkpressurerise.Vicepumpspeedslowdown,reducethewatersupplypipenetworkpressuredrop,,tokeeptheconstantpressurewatersupply.

Converterpumpmotorcontroldevice,inaccordancewiththeconstantwaterpressureneedstobe0~50Hzfrequencysignalsupplypumpmotor,adjustitsspeedSAJconverterispowerful,i.e.pre-programmedsetparameterset,willusetherequiredintheprocessofsettingthenumberofparametersisreducedtoaminimum,defaultvalueaccordingtotheapplicationparameterofthemacrochoiceanddifferent.ThesystemadoptsthePIDcontrolapplicationmacro,closedloopcontrol.Inverterbasedonaconstantpressurecorrespondingtothevoltagesettingvalueandfromthepressuresensortoobtainthefeedbackcurrentsignal,theuseofPIDcontrolmacroautomaticallyadjust,changethefrequencyoutputvaluetoadjustthecontrolthespeedofthepumpmotor,toensurethatthepipenetworkpressureconstantrequirements.

1.Thecharacteristicandanalysisofvariablefrequencyspeedregulation
Thewaterusersingeneralisdynamic,sothewatersupplyisinsufficientorexcesswatersupplysituationhasoccurred.Thewatersupplyandtheimbalancebetweentheconcentratedreflectioninwatersupplypressure,namelywaterandwatersupplyisless,thelowpressure;lesswaterconsumptionandwatersupply,thepressure.Keepthewaterpressureconstant,canmakethewatersupplyandwaterbalancebetweenwatersupplyandwaterforalongtime,thatis,lesswaterwhenthewaterisless,soastoimprovethequalityofwatersupply.

Withthedevelopmentofelectricpowertechnology,frequencyconversiontechnologyperfected,withvariablefrequencyspeedcontrolasthecoreoftheintelligentwatercontrolsystemreplacedtheprevioushighlevelwatertankandapressuretankandwatersupplyequipment,stablestarting,thestartingcurrentcanbelimitedwithinspecifiedcurrent,therebyavoidingthestartingtimeoftheimpactofpowergrid;becausetheaveragerotationalspeedofpumpisreduced,whichcanextendthepumpsandvalvesandotherthingsoflife;toeliminatethestartandstopofthewaterhammereffect.Thestableandsafeperformance,simpleandconvenientoperation,andcompleteandthoughtfulfunction,willmakethewatersupplyandwaterconservation,energysaving,laborsaving,ultimatelyachieveefficientoperation.
2.Theapplicationofvariablefrequencycontrolconstantpressurewatersupplymode
Usuallyinthesamewayinthewatersupplysystem,settingmultiplecommonpump,watersupplywhenthequantityofmultipumpfullopen,watersupplyononeortwohours.Inthevariablefrequencyspeedcontrolforconstantpressurewatersupply,intwoways,oneisallpumpswithafrequencyconverter;andeachwaterpumpwithafrequencyconverter.Afteramethodbasedonpressurefeedbacksignal,operatedbyPIDautomaticallyadjuststheoutputfrequencyoftheinverter,changethespeedofthemotor,eventuallyreachingthepurposeofnetworkvoltage,aclosedloop,isrelativelysimple,butthecostishigh.Thepreviousmethodoflowcost,lessthankindofpoorperformance,butthecontrolprogramiscomplex,isthefuturedirectionofdevelopment,suchastheShanghaiartsandscienceandtechnologyofconstantpressurewatersupplycontrolsystemcanrealizeainvertercontrolanynumberofmotorfunction.Theprinciplementionedbelowaremultiplemotorinverterdrivesystem.
3.ThePIDcontrolprinciple
Accordingtothefeedbackprinciple:

aclosedloopsystem.Butthecontrolsystemischaracterizedbynonlinear,inertialsystem,nowthecontrolmethodcombinedwithPIDinthelargepressurefluctuation,usingfuzzycontrol,inordertoacceleratetheresponsespeedinthepressurerange;usingPIDtomaintainstaticaccuracy.ThisthroughthePLCandintelligentinstrumentcanshowthealgorithm,whilethePLCprogrammingtoshowwhenthepumpfrequencyandinverterswitchingbetween.Practicehasprovedthat,usingthismethodisfeasible,andthecostisnothigh.
4.Frequencycontrol
Usingfrequencycontroltorealizeconstantpressurewatersupply,withadjustablevalvetorealizeconstantpressurewatersupply,energy-savingeffectisverysignificant(accordingtothespecificcircumstancescalculated).Theutilitymodelhastheadvantagesof:
(1)Startingbalance,thestartingcurrentcanbelimitedwithinspecifiedcurrent,therebyavoidingthestartingtimeoftheimpactofpowergrid;
(2)Becausetheaveragerotationalspeedofpumpisreduced,therebyprolongingtheservicelifeofpumpandvalveetc.
(3)Caneliminatethestartandstopofthewaterhammereffect;
Generallyspeaking,whenperformedbyafrequencyconvertertocontrolamotor,justmaketheinvertermotorcapacityandtheactualcapacityofthemotorcanbe.Whenoneinvertercontroltwomotors,principleofinvertermotorcapacityshouldbeequaltothecapacityofthetwomotors.Butifthepeakloadofwatermorethantwopumpsatfullsupplyalotofdifference,Shanghaiartsandscienceandtechnologyengineerssuggested,maybeconsideredappropriatetoreducethecapacityofthefrequencyconverter,butattentionshouldbepaidtoleaveenoughcapacity.

传统供水方式占地面积大,水质易污染,基建投资多,而最主要的缺点是水压不能保持恒定,导致部分设备不能正常工作。
变频调速技术是一种新型成熟的交流电机无极调速技术,它以其独特优良的控制性能被广泛应用于速度控制领域,特别是供水行业中。
由于安全生产和供水质量的特殊需要,对恒压供水压力有着严格的要求,因而变频调速技术得到了更加深入的应用。
