Photocopier
Aphotocopierorcopymachine,asitispopularlycalled,isoneofthemostcommonofficeaccessories.Itisthecheapestwayofgettingpapercopiesofvariousdocumentsthatonemayneedonaregularbasis.Mostofthemoderndayphotocopiersworkwiththedryheatingcopyingprocess,whichisknownasxerography,whileafewothertypesofphotocopiersworkontheinkjettechnology.Today,aphotocopierhasbecomeamusthavebusinessequipment,thatperformsmanyduties,whichisthereasonwhytheycomewithnumerouskeysandconfusingcontrolpanels.Thisfactmakesmodernphotocopiersanunmanageablemachinetohandle.
HowtoUseaPhotocopier
●Turnonthepowerswitchofthephotocopier,whichisusuallylocatedonthecontrolpaneloronthesideofthemachine.Waituntilthemachinewarmsup,whichusuallytakesafewminutes.

Attention:
Tobeprecise,IfyouarecopyinganA4sizepage,thenchoosetheoptiontwo(horizontalposition)andplacethepageinthesameposition.Forthemachineswithdocumentfeeders,placedocumentsinthefeederwiththeirfaceintheupwarddirection(andwithoutliftingtheglassplaten).
●Lowerthephotocopiercoverontotheplatenifyouarenotusingadocumentfeeder.
●Selectthenumberofcopiestobemade.Thecontrolpanelofthephotocopierwillhaveadisplaythatshowsthenumberofcopiesthatwillbeproduced.Thephotocopiermayhaveanumberkeypadforselectingthenumberofcopies,oritmayhavearrows,oraplusandminussign,forchangingthenumberincrementally.
●Selectcolororblackandwhiteifthephotocopierisacolorcopier.
●Selecttheappropriatesizepaperonthecontrolpanel.Mostphotocopierswillhaveatleasttwopapertrays,onewith81/2-inchby11-inchpaper,andtheotherwith81/2-inchby14-inchpaper.Mostphotocopiersalsohavea"paperbypass"feedthatallowsyoutoinsertasinglesheetofspecial-sizedpaper.Ifyouneedtomakemultiplecopiesonaspecialsizeorspecialcolorpaper,you'llneedtoplacethespecialpaperdirectlyinoneofthemainpapertrays.

●Thenselecttheoption2,ortheoptionforhorizontalplacementofthepages.Afterward,presstheverk/vegoptionfromthecontrolpanel.
●Onceyouaredonewiththeplacement,adjustthepagesize,imageratioandcolormode;similartothesinglepage.Andhitthe'copy'or'green'button.

●Placethephotocopierisawellventilatedroom.Iftheroomisnotwellventilated,theninstallmechanicalventilatorsthatkeeptheroomfreshandfreefromgasesandheatofthemachine.
