外贸函电建立业务关系
第一节PatternofwritingLettersofEstablishingBusinessRelations建立业务关系信函的写作步骤
◆建立业务关系的信函要写得诚恳、真挚、礼貌。
这种信函的结构一般包括四个步骤：
1．首先说明信息来源（告知对方你从何渠道得知对方的姓名地址的）；[Thesourceofinformation（howyoulearnedofhiscompany）]；

第二节PatternofreplyingLettersofEstablishingBusinessRelations回复建立业务关系信函的写作步骤
不管是买方还是卖方，收到建立业务关系请求的信函后，都应该迅速、完整、礼貌地做出答复，以便给读者留下良好的印象。
一般回复建立业务关系的信函包括如下步骤：
1．感谢对方对你公司的兴趣；[Thankingthereaderfortheirinterestinyourcompany]

第一段：

1．obtain获得，取得。
例：
（1）WehaveobtainedyouraddressfromafriendofmineinSanFrancisco.（我们从旧金山的一个朋友那里获得了你方的地址。
）
（2）NowalotofinformationcanbeobtainedfromtheInternet.（现在可以从因特网获得许多的信息。
）
2．afriendofmine我的一个朋友。
注意mine是第一人称的所有格。
例：
Afriendofmineisasurgeon.（我的一个朋友是外科医生。
）
3．fortheestablishmentofbusinessrelations为了建立业务关系。
意思和toestablishbusinessrelations一样。
（enterinto）establishbusinessrelations建立业务关系。
enterinto（establish，build）businessrelationswith…，意思是“与……建立业务关系”。
中间还可以加上direct，意为“建立直接的业务关系”。
例：
（1）Asthisitemfallswithinthescopeofourbusinessactivities,weshallbepleasedtoenterintodirectbusinessrelationswithyouatanearlydate.（由于这种商品属于我们的经营范围，我们将很高兴尽早与你们建立直接的业务关系。
）

4．areverywellconnectedwith有很广泛的联系。
例：

）
（2）Heiswellconnectedwiththelocalgovernment.（他与当地政府联系密切。
）
5．Feelsure相信。
也可以说besure。
后面加of或者that从句。
这里省略了that。
例：
（1）Wefeelsureyouwillbesatisfiedwithourgoods.（我们相信你们会对我们的产品满意的。
）
（2）Iamsureofhishonesty.（我相信他的诚实。
）
6．Largequantityof…表示大量的,例如：
Largequantitiesoftextileswerepurchasedlastyear.
7．offer报价,名词。
和quotation的意思一样。
词组有makeanoffer（makeoffers）。
例：
Weshallbehappyifyoucanmakeusanofferearly.（如能尽早报价我们将非常高兴。
）
Offer还可以用作动词，意思是报价。
例：
Pleaseofferassoonaspossible.（请尽早报价。
）
8．competitiveprices有竞争力的价格，即较低的价格。
例：
Ourpricesarecompetitive.（我们的价格有竞争力。
）

9．export出口，动词。
例：
Weexportalargequantityofbicyclesnow.（我们现在出口大量的自行车）
export出口，名词。
例：
Weareinterestedintheimportandexportofchemicals.（我们对进出口化学制品感兴趣）

2．Asrequested按照要求。
有时也可以说asyourequested，atyourrequest。

3．byanothermail另封，另外邮寄。

4．Latest最近的。
例：

5．cataloguesandpricelists目录和价格表。

6．Find后面加形容词或名词，表示觉得某事怎样，词组有findsth.（sb.）adj.（n.,tobe）或者finditadj.todosth.（觉得某事怎样）

）
（2）Shefoundhimacheater.（她发现他是一个骗子。
）
