日本立教大学留学费用攻略
立教大学是日本一所富有声望的大学。
立教大学为持有大学生签证和在追求大学教育中面临经济困难的国际私费生减免学费。

立教大学202X年学费和其他款项
TuitionReductionProgramforprivatelyfinancedinternationalstudentsRikkyoUniversityreducesthetuitionofprivatelyfinancedinternationalstudentswhohave“CollegeStudent”residentstatusafterenrollmentandwhofacefinancialdifficultyinpursuinguniversityeducation,irrespectiveoftheentranceexaminationsystem.Studentswhowanttohavetheirtuitionreducedmustsubmitanapplicationeveryyear.TheInternationalOfficeverifieswhethereachapplicantiseligiblebyconfirmingtheir“CollegeStudent”residentstatus,andexaminesthenecessityoftuitionreductionbyreviewingtheapplicant’sfinancialsituation.
Thereducedratefor202Xis30%ofthetuition（roundeddowntothenearest100yen）.Theprogramdetailsandreducedratearesubjecttochangefromyeartoyear.Studentswhohaveexceededthestandardtermofstudy,orthosewhoareonleavefromtheirstudies,willnotbeeligiblefortuitionreduction.Forfurtherdetails,pleasecontacttheInternationalOffice.
国际私费生学费减免项目
立教大学不计入学考试制度，为持有大学生签证和在追求大学教育中面临经济困难的国际私费生减免学费。
享受学费减免的学生必须每年提交申请。
国际办公室通过核实申请人的大学生居留身份，以确认申请人是否符合资格，并通过审核申请人的经济处境，考量是否有必要减免学费。
202X年的减免比例占学费的30%（下舍入大约100日元）。
项目详情和减免比例每年都可能有变化。
学习时间超过标准学年的学生和休假学生，不能享受学费减免。

AdoptionofaslidingscaleTuitionandeducationenhancementfeearesubjecttochangefromyeartoyear,basedonaslidingscale.Weconsidertheinflationrate,improvementofeducationandresearchconditions,etc.,whenrevisingthesliderate.WeadopttheConsumerPriceIndex（CPI）releasedbytheMinistryofInternalAffairsastheinflationrate,andregardtheinflationrateas0%iftheCPIislessthan0%.Theslidingscalehasbeentemporarilysuspended.
Experimentandpracticaltrainingfeesarerevisedannuallybasedonactualexpenses.
采用浮动计算
学费和教育增强费浮动计算，每年可能有变化。
在修改浮动比例的时候，学校考虑通货膨胀率、教育改进和研究条件等因素。
学校采用内政部公布的消费者物价指数，作为通货膨胀率，并且，如果消费者物价指数低于0%，通货膨胀率就为0%。
浮动计算已经被暂停。
实验费和实训费根据实际开支，每年做修改。

1.Theadmissionfeeisonlycollecteduponenrollment.Theadmissionfeeforstudentswhopreviouslygraduated,withdrew,orwhoareexpectedtograduatefromRikkyoUniversity（includingitsgraduateschool）is100,000yen.
2.Tuitionincludesasemesterenrollmentfee（60,000yenpersemester,120,000yenintotal）.
3.TheDepartmentofGlobalBusinessoftheCollegeofBusinessoffersOverseasEAP,ashort-termoverseasstudycoursethatgenerallymustbetakenbyallstudentsintheirfirstyear.Thecostis550,000–600,000yenandispaidforseparatelyfromthestudent’sacademicfeesandotherpayments.（Thetotalcostissubjecttochangeduetofluctuationsinairfaresandexchangerates）.Also,thereisascholarshipestablishedin202Xforthosewhoparticipateinstudyabroadprograms（RikkyoGlobalScholarship）.StudentswhoenrollintheOverseasStudyProgrammayreceiveupto200,000yenafterscreening.
4.TheDepartmentofInterculturalCommunicationoftheCollegeofInterculturalCommunicationoffersaclasscalledOverseasStudyProgram,whichiscompletedbyallstudentsinprincipleinthefallsemesteroftheirsophomoreyear.Thecostrangesfrom700,000to1,500,000yen（actualamountin202X）andispaidinadditiontothestudent’sacademicfeesandotherpayments.（Thecostincludesthebasicprogramfee,accommodationfeeandotherfeesbuttheairfare,andissubjecttochangeduetofluctuationsinexchange,andincreasesinfeesbythehostuniversity.）Studentscanchooseahostuniversityfromtheuniversitiesweofferinsixlanguageareas:
English,German,French,Spanish,Chinese,andKorean,andthecostofstudyvariesbyuniversity.Thepartofthetotalcost（350,000yen）istobepaidinadvanceinMayoftheirfirstyear.StudentswhoparticipateintheOverseasStudyProgramwillhavetheirtuitionandeducationenhancementfeeforthesophomoreyearreducedby239,000yenintotal（estimatedfor202X）.Also,thereisascholarshipestablishedin202Xforthosewhoparticipateinstudyabroadprograms（RikkyoGlobalScholarship）.StudentswhoenrollintheOverseasStudyProgrammayreceiveupto300,000yenafterscreening.
1.准入费只在注册之后收取。
先前毕业学生、退学学生或有望从立教大学（包括研究生院）毕业的学生，准入费为100,000日元。
2.学费包括一个学期的注册费。
每个学期为60,000日元，总共120,000日元。
3.商务学院的全球商务系有海外交流项目。
该项目是一门短期海外学习课，所有学习在第一学年都需要学习。
课程费在550,000日元到600,000日元之间，与学生的学费和其他款项分开，单独支付。
由于飞机票价和兑换比率浮动，总费用可以有变。
另外，从202X年起，有适用于参加海外学习项目的学生的奖学金（立教全球奖学金）。
注册海外学习项目的学生，在接受筛选之后，可以享受200,000日元奖学金。
4.跨文化交流学院的跨文化系提供有海外学习项目。
原则上，所有大二学生在秋季学期的时候都需要学习该门课程。
课程费在700,000日元到1,500,000日元之间不等（1,500,000日元为202X年实际课程费）。
课程费和学生的学费和其他款项分开，单独支付。
成本包括课程基本费、住宿费和其他费用（不包括机票），并根据兑换比例的浮动而变化;费用可由主办大学增加。
学生可以从立教大学提供的六种语言（英语、德语、法语、西班牙语、汉语和韩语）的主办大学中选择一所，学习费用视主办大学而异。
总费用为350,000日元，部分费用需要在第一学年的五月份支付。
参加海外学习项目的学生，大二的学费和教育增强费将总共减少239,000日元（202X年估算）。
另外，从202X年起，有适用于参加海外学习项目的学生的奖学金（立教全球奖学金）。
注册海外学习项目的学生，在接受筛选之后，可以享受300,000日元奖学金。
